Grounded boats in Halifax River
So I was wondering if anyone knows the story of why there are grounded boats in various places on the Halifax River. We have been spending our winters in the area and notice that some of these boats have been there for a number of years. Thank you in advance.

Tiny islands/sandbars on the Halifax river
Are any of the small islands in the middle of the Halifax named or do they have rules/regulations about hanging out at them? For instance if I were to canoe over to one could I camp out or fish for the day?
