"Guinness One", presided over by Lord Justice Henry ended in September 1990 with guilty verdicts against all four men and jail sentences for Saunders (five years), Ronson (one year) and Parnes (two and a half years). Ronson was fined £5 million and Lyons £4 million. Ronson, Parnes and Lyons were all ordered to pay £440,000 in costs.
The common factor in this case was that the alleged crimes were committed by businessmen who were outside the banking world but who had extensive financial connections to the City of London. Parnes was their link man to the transactions. The nub of the case was whether the overall arrangements and inducements went too far in distorting the market.

As we all know, there is a regular silver contract dump on the COMEX @ around 8:00 a.m. central time. Since mining stocks are heavily tied to the Silver Spot price Fraud - Use this fraud to day trade the Silver Miners of your Choice (a major or mid major IMO) and purchase the morning dip caused by algorithms mainly- “buy the morning dip” and then sell before lunch to make a few % per day off the daily low. Then buy physical from at least some of your profits = Feed back loop that will eventually destroy supply (make you wealthier from their fraud) and break the COMEX if enough people do this. Test for yourself and see. 🙂

I’ll start. Grew up outside Ireland to Irish parents, in a pub with my Irish uncle when I was about 21, and he asked what I’d like to have to drink, I said “cider”, he replied “no you won’t, you’ll have a Guinness”. I gave up cider that day and only drank Guinness until I was about 23.

Even though we're all planning to sell on the way down, it's possible that someone who reads this will sell at the ATH during the MOASS. I've always wanted to hold a Guinness Record. When I was young, some time ago, the book was all text. No pictures. I spent hours reading through it trying to find one I could break. But I didn't really have anything record-worthy that I could cash in on. So, here we are, and I'm actually completely fine with the likelihood that I won't be getting a world record by selling for the highest price. What we are witnessing, what has been happening, is far more satisfying and fulfilling than any world record I could ever hold. I <3 you all, and look forward to the work that's left to be done once the balance has shifted.
Tether is responsible for the majority of crypto trading volume.
Over the past 24 hours Tether had a trading volume of U$ 79,942,874,644 dollars. Bitcoin had U$ 34,764,002,915 dollars traded, and ETH had U$ 19,402,373,410 dollars.
That means Tether trading volume corresponds to 1.5 times that of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Added together. There are also days (like yesterday) where it's closer to 2 times.
If you think you'll dodge a Tether crash by "nOt HoLDinG UsdT" you're so very mistaken, because a Tether collapse would mean much less market action, and that would make prices less stable (probably on the downside, since a big fraud would be uncovered).
Tether also claimed they hold cryptoassets on their reserves that back USDT. This means that:
- Client gives Tether 10 USD, gets 10 USDT
- Client uses 10 USDT to buy $10 of Bitcoin
- Tether uses the USD to buy $10 of Bitcoin to back the USDT they gave the client.
- Essentially every USD is used to buy Bitcoin twice, meaning there's leverage and the Bitcoin float price is probably, at least, twice what it should be.
^(PS: For the bullet point analogy right above I'm considering Tether holds) ^(only Bitcoin) ^(as their reserve asset of choice to back USDT. In the past they claimed to have a portion of USD, a portion in Crypto and a few other assets, but from what I remember on their pizza chart Cryptoassets were over half of their reserves.)
In case of a collapse/fraud uncovering the market will dry up and prices will correct on the downside as people realize they were artificially inflated by a fraudulent company.
This was seen a few days ago but I was waiting for a more reputable one to pick it up....
