But it's never explained how was the country's economic and military situation by the time the Great War occurred, neither why it was nuked in the first place. The only logical reason I can think of is that China nuked it to seize the US operations in said country (In one hand, the oil extraction and distribution from Poseidon Energy's mexican subsidiary, Petro-chico. On the other hand, radioactive ores like uranium, since Mexico has some reserves in places such as Veracruz. But that one is just speculation).

- [[Kira, Great Glass-Spinner]] is on the field and I attempt to remove her with [[Vraska, Golgari Queen]]. Will Kira counter Vraskas -3 ability to destroy a creature if its the 1st ability targeting Kira that turn?
- [[Kira, Great Glass-Spinner]] has been already a target of a removal spell on the turn, then I attempt to cast [[Casualties of War]] targeting both Kira and lets say another creature that's an enchantment creature. Will Casualties of War be countered since I'm targeting not only Kira but another enchantment that's a creature?

Currently playing as Egypt and Byzantium declared a surprise war on me. After a couple of turns of back and forth combat on the front (at least that’s how my internal narrative sees it lol) one of my coursers managed to catch a Great General alone and move onto them. However the general just went to the nearest Byzantium city.
