Goodwin Park Hartford
Thinking of going through the Christmas lights display in Goodwin park in Hartford. I remember hearing that the parks in Hartford are GFZ but now I cannot find the ordnance.
Does anyone know if Hartford has any ordinance/park rules that would make Goodwin Park a GFZ similarly has anyone been through the light display? I figure since I would never get out of my vehicle I would be fine regardless.

Saw that Intermezzo cafe @ Krannert Center is open for some service again. To-Go only. 8a-3p M-F. Blue parking entrance is also now open-upper level on Oregon St. Other 2 are Goodwin main entrance, and Illinois Street Orange Parking. Orange is the best accessible entrance.
