Had to say goodnight this morning to the best cat I've ever known.
My childhood cat had to be put to sleep this morning after having a wonderful 14 years with our family. We rescued him at 3 years old and he has been the best cat I have ever known. He has watched as me and my siblings, as kids, have grown up and moved on to have kids of our own.
In the end, It was nothing more than old age friend. Rest now beautiful. Thank you for the memories.
