A list of puns related to "Gondola Group"
Someone on Disboards is reporting this change today. Kind of a bummer. Itβs so nice having your own, but I guess itβs also another sign of things inching towards normalcy.
Iβm out here in a powder day length line at the base of gondi one wondering where all these people came from. Turns out itβs because only related families are allowed in each cabin.
I'm getting a group to go to a game this fall and I want to know if the Gondola seats are 'cool' enough - was hoping someone could speak to if they're a cool/fun/unique way to see a game?
Our group will have everything from new fans to old diehards, so I want to make sure they're cool before I push them on the group
Our other option at the same price range is the Labatt Blue club - would that be a better choice?
Hello everybody.
(Hi Dr Nick)
Serious note now, I've always been self employed and running my own businesses since the age of 16. My first venture was a great success with six figures projected on the second year, however that quickly turned to the opposite. The big cats ended up copying me, beating me on price etc I couldn't compete. I then set up a photographic company. It's pretty decent but I don't get good enough volume to actually make a living. At one point I employed a friend to help me out (0 hour contract) But she was happy to do it when she wasn't busy. I've recently been jobhunting and I have found a waiter job in one of the gondola group restaurants. It all went well, I thought I was over-experienced as I heard nothing back, but they had my contact number written down wrong. I was apparently "one of the first people we chose" for their new establishment. I felt quite flattered. I signed the contract at a rate of 6.70 p/h which would just be enough to keep me afloat. I get a text today mentioning that they cant Β£6.70 until im "22" and they will now only pay me Β£5.30. A bit frustrated as that is a fair chunk of money out of my pocket! Especially as I am turning 21 (Β£6.70 minimum wage age) early march. I then was told that I need to bring my Original Birth cert. despite initially bringing it to the contract signing, I know it was needed at the contract signing as I've employed people before. But the GM of the new store didn't take it and "has never seen one before" and only took my DL. So now I need to meet again to hand over the documents.
Already I am pretty annoyed as it's been a unneeded inconvenience to myself and I've got to head off to photograph a wedding by 1pm
I went of on a tangent there, my main question was does anyone have any idea (Ideally people who work in Pizza express, ASK or zizzi) have any idea how much avg you can make with tips?
Should I explain to the GM that look, we signed a legal binding document stating I'd be paid Β£6.70 p/h, but accept his mistake to show that I won't be a pushover?
I'm already planning my exit at either full-time nightshift's at tesco ~Β£10/h or a fairly paid internship in photography, because I already have relativity bad vibes about this.
I do apologise in advance if this is is a bit off topic, but it's the most relevant s/r/ that I can find.

Chapter 14
-[βPreparations of the research area are completed, Maβam.β]-

-[βVulnerable crewmembers have gathered in medical and are all present and accounted for, Maβam. We are ready to proceed.β]-

One after another, the hopefully near final updates of the process of Shidaβs team came in over the comm-lines.
βUnderstood,β Shida answered while her eyes glided over the different numbers and values on the screen before her eyes. βFinish up the last tasks and head back to the bridge afterwards. Iβll trust you to coordinate yourselves on that.β
-[βCopy that Maβamβ]-
Turning to her right, where Clith was currently handling the messages coming in from all kinds of other teams on board, Shida asked,
βEverythingβs cleared on our end. How are things over all?β
The raxus expertly coordinated around the incoming information, controlling the terminal with quick, precise movements of all four of his wing-like arms. His head moved seemingly erratically, as his stiff eyes kept shifting focus between different areas of the screen.
βNothing to report, Maβam. All areas are cleared; We are ready to go,β he answered professionally, his tone all business now.
βAlright, then letβs get this beauty docked,β Shida responded, and with two quick moves of her arm, she summoned up two new interfaces on the terminal.
One was a communications-window. In real time, the dock of the G.C.S. was sending them their position and parameters, constantly keeping them updated on the exact numbers and values they would need to allow for a problem-free docking.
The other interface was the actual, manual control of the gravitational spin. Of course, it was still inhibited by the shipβs safety system, that would not allow any dangerous changes, but over all, she was in control now.
The docks of the G.C.S. were basically stations of their own and so massive, that the ships co

27, male, gay, kind of lost since my break up 1 1/2 years ago, struggling with mh issues which makes everthing more difficult. I used to be very easygoing, and extroverted and now I ask myself:"Where did all that go?" - I really don't know.
Last night I had a dream that took place in a snowy landscape. It looked like Siberia in soviet times, that was the vibe I was getting. Outside was nothing but a few hills and a forest nearby all covered in snow. I also remember that there were some objects buried under the snow, like rusty playground structures, a swing, a roundabout and a car wreck. there was a blocky concrete building. Not a house, it was open to the sides, it was a station with one platform and a single railroad. My memory is very blurred, unfortunately it's very hard for me to recall the stuff I dream, but here is what I do remember: I wasn't alone, I was with a group of people. I donβt think I knew them, they were dressed very warm but their clothes were real worn out shmattes. They have been waiting there forever trying to get on the transportation vehicle which was pulling in there infrequently and at random times. To be allowed in one of the few two-seated vitreous gondolas which were pulled by some sort of a railroad engine (it looked sci-fi-ish and dystopian) was very hard. Not only one would have to be there in line the second when it arrived (which could be suddenly out of the blue after months or even years of absence), your name also has to be on a list, the conductor would check before letting anyone in. To get a seat seemed to be a very intransparent and complicated process. The riff raff, who didnβt appear very sophisticated, and after camping there for so long probably got a bit savaged, followed me everywhere I went, as if they hoped that I could figure something out. I started exploring the area while the people told me about their situation there. While exploring I saw the train coming and going a few times, and the people, when they were near, trying their luck. I also tried once, but I arrived too late to even be considered, so I kept investigating the outside. Now it gets cryptic. I went in a car wreck, where I found a living sow. I started milking it. I was a bit repulsed, why I canβt really tell, (maybe itβs a jewish thing). In real life I probably wouldnβt have a problem with it, however in the dream I found the watery milk I got out of that swine kind of disgusting. With a bucket full of sow-milk I got to the platform, wh

My husband and I wanted to get a trip in before June 15th to take advantage of lower crowds with our California residency. We had some amazing times, some meh times, and some times that were unpleasant- here's the rundown!
6/7: DCA
- Woke up early at our hotel (Anaheim Marriott) to try for WEB boarding groups. Managed to snag boarding group 8, with both of us trying on their WiFi. Rushed to get clothes on and walked to the park. Got in line on Harbor Blvd around 7:45, and our boarding group started boarding at 8:13. Made it into the park at 8:50 am, rushed over to Avenger's Campus, and rode WEB first thing. I enjoyed the ride, but felt it was too short. Compared to Galaxy's Edge, and WDW's Toy Story Land, I didn't feel like Avenger's Campus was as impressive. However, I am not as big of a Marvel fan as some.
- Hopped on to GOTG, which was a walk-on, and then tried for food mobile orders at Pym's, which were already sold out by 9:30 am from the looks of things...Ate some pineapple spiral churros, which were odd but delicious! Crowds started really getting big around the Dora Milaje show, and we decided to head out of Avenger's Campus at this point. There just wasn't too much to see or do, and we wanted to let others have a chance to experience it.
- Walked over to Car's Land and did Mater's Junkyard- coolest part was seeing Spiderman flip through the air in AC while we were in the queue!
- Rode Inside Out- the line was listed as 15 minutes but ended up being a little longer, closer to 20. The family in front of us was letting their little one run all over and did not care about social distancing...in fact, in most of the queues that we were in, someone behind us was way too close. From there, we got in line for the Incredicoaster, which had a 45 minute posted wait (everything was a long line at this point, around 11 am). The line was moving quickly, but the ride broke down after we had been waiting about 30 minutes. They got it up and running quickly, and we were on it about an hour after lining up.
- Pixar Pal-A-Round (Swinging)- posted 30 min wait, but it was 10 min at most. Loved having the entire gondola to ourselves!
- Silly Symphony Swings- posted 15 min wait, but actually a walk-on
- took a break near Grizzly Peaks since it was super hot and we had lunch plans at Lamplight.
- Lamplight Lounge time at 12:40- lobster nachos were on point! We also tried
... keep reading on reddit β‘Snowline: 1200-1300m - With warmer temperatures and alpine rains.
Weather: Tuesday rains give way to beautiful weather for the next 8 days. Expect warm weather, and clear skies for the weekend as a high pressure system runs through.
Hazards: Snow bridges over creeks, rocks, logs and other features remain hazards. Look for sags in the snow, or depressions that suggest waterflow. Probing with the handle of a trekking pole is a good way to assess if the snow is firm enough to cross. As ever moving in groups is highly recommended.
Gear: Microspike should be considered essential. Trekking poles are recommended. For slopes steeper than 30Λ (Blue run on a ski hill) a mountaineering course is recommended to learn how to use the appropriate equipment. Good waterproof jacket and pants are important with the cool weather expected. Gaiters are also a good idea.
This time of year snowshoes are less helpful as the wet heavy snow tends to not work as well with snowshoes. Itβs often about the same effort to posthole ( walk through deep snow with legs dipping down into the snow).
Recommended Hikes:
Snow Free - Deeks Lake - Longer hike, with beautiful alpine lake. Fewer open views than other routes, but more time to appreciate the forest, waterfalls and hiking staples. It's a longer route, so leave plenty of time. Hiking poles are good to have the rough rubble road descent.
Multi-day: With Sea to Sky Gondola back open there are numerous good spots to camp in that zone. So I present a challenge. PM me the answers to the quiz bellow and I will recommend a good spot nearby for camping.
Edit: I've had quite a few responses, FYI, so I'll have to start suggesting some other locations for campsite so as not to blow the spot up too much.

Go post NSFW jokes somewhere else. If I can't tell my kids this joke, then it is not a DAD JOKE.
If you feel it's appropriate to share NSFW jokes with your kids, that's on you. But a real, true dad joke should work for anyone's kid.
Mods... If you exist... Please, stop this madness. Rule #6 should simply not allow NSFW or (wtf) NSFL tags. Also, remember that MINORS browse this subreddit too? Why put that in rule #6, then allow NSFW???
Please consider changing rule #6. I love this sub, but the recent influx of NSFW tagged posts that get all the upvotes, just seem wrong when there are good solid DAD jokes being overlooked because of them.
Thank you,
A Dad.
I have been playing lots of mods for this game, so I wanted to give a brief review of each in the hopes that this can help someone decide what to play. These are all on the Steam workshop.
Mods to make things easier:
Wand Bag - Gives a bag with 16 slots to hold additional wands. Can remove and place wands in the bag on the fly.
All Chests are Great Chests - Does exactly what the name says, all chests are Great chests.
Health Containers - Enemies have a chance to drop an item which heals a few HP.
x2 Inventory - Doubles your inventory size. There are other versions up to 5x.
Cheaper Reroll prices - The reroll prices go up slightly slower than normally.
Omega Chest - Bosses will drop an Omega Chest on death with improved rewards above what they normally give.
Get a Perk - At the start of the game, you can choose 1 free perk, out of any of the possible perks.
More Shop - There will always be 2 rows of spells and 1 row of wands for sale in each holy mountain.
Graphical Mods:
Gondola - Changes the spider enemies to the meme, Gondola.
Zero (Mega Man X) - Play as Zero from MMX, really well done.
Black Magician Girl - Play as BMG from Yugioh, also comes with a free Fast Levitation perk.
1977 Cadillac el Dorado - The minecarts that appear are a Cadillac instead.
Light-Up Lanterns - In dark, unrevealed areas, you can see the light given off of lanterns.
Glowing Chests, Glowing Hearts - These 2 mods make the items glow so you can tell something is there from a distance.
New Content Mods:
Varia Addons - Lots of new spells and some preset wands to discover. Gives a shovel at start, and hidden wands in different biomes. For example, a gun near the tablet at the volcano.
Potent Potions - Adds potions for all modifier spells. Spraying yourself with the potion gives all spells shot that modifier.
Arcane Alchemy - Adds a lot of new potions with unique effects. For example, hungry slime will spread and devour whatever goes inside it. Or Pandorium, if poured into a pool, will shoot out random spells until the liquid evaporates.
Arcane Reliquary - Enemies are randomly buffed with different buffs, and drop relics which give different effects when you pick them up. Adds a lot of difficulty and the relics are very unique. They must be held in inventory to take effect, so you lose slots to pick up spells.
Volcano Biome - Adds a brand new biome to the right, after the pyramid.
Summon Truck - Adds 1 new spell. Shoots a truck, which rolls

Keep in mind, my son is 4 years old, so everything is an original to him.
I had to work late into the evening yesterday, and he was just going to bed when I got home. I had left home for the office nearly 14 hours prior, had a long day, lots of meetings, traffic, etc.
When I walked through the door, I was exhausted, run down, and starving. My wife hugged me and asked how my day was, and I replied, "Done. It was a good day, but has got me exhausted. I just want to grab a bite and go to bed. I'm hungry."
From my son's bedroom, I hear him shout, "Hi Hungry! Nice to meet you!"
Not only did it make me laugh, but I completely forgot about how hungry and tired I was. I went to his bedroom, and we laughed together about it. It was exactly what I needed.
Edit: Thanks for all the awards, kind strangers! I'll let my son know y'all enjoyed his joke too!
