A list of puns related to "Giants In The Trees"
And these giants were of pure soul. Every generation theyβd become slightly more and more corrupted and as they got more and more corrupted, theyβd get smaller and smaller in size.
And then the world would end, and the whole cycle would start over again.
It was mentioned in Joseph Campbellβs book Hero with a Thousand Faces. But I canβt find it :(
EDIT: FOUND! Itβs Jainism! Itβs in The Universal Round chapter of Hero of a Thousand Faces. Thank you all.
Tell us about Giants in the Trees

Here is what we know
I read Ursula Le Guin's short story "Island of the Immortals" where diamonds found all over the island were later to be revealed to be thousands of years old carbonized bodies of people who became immortal. They continue to live but their bodies decayed, so the natives buried them, though they suffered, they would eventually "die" from becoming diamonds, ending their curse.
I feel like Isayama may be doing something like this, where the Titan Forest is actually made up of Titans, and there will be a chapter explaining how the forest came to be, and that Eren might turn all titans into trees and this will be the scenery he talks about.
Maybe the Titan will become an incredible forest of trees that will forever will seperate Eldians and Marleyans? I'm not sure...what do you all think?
Edit: a
