Seriously, I’ve been struggling to get enough water (you’d think a gallon + would be enough) due to the heat and an increase in exercise. I was getting dehydration cramps in my legs and waking up parched. I could manage regular Gatorade for the first few weeks of pregnancy but my sugars are already running away from me at 11 weeks, so I have to crack down on my diet (STM, GD with #1 and midwives want me fully on diet by 2nd tri).
The Gatorade zero has been a LIFESAVER. It’s helping with the dehydration without spiking my sugar. I drink half of on on my morning run/walk, and sip the rest throughout the day when I just need a break from the water.

I rarely take Reds either, I read that Red Bali was one of the best strains for headaches and it's true, it's damn true!
It's thin, it's sweet without being overpowering, it's uncarbonated, it contains electrolytes that my body craves, and it goes down more smoothly than water. The only thing I'd change about it would be to make it less acidic so that it's easier on my stomach.
But anyway, does anyone else here love this stuff, or at least see how it could be particularly appealing to someone on the spectrum? A lot of us have issues with tastes and textures, and a lot of us seem to crave salt too.

So, I'm usually about 150, but a normal size 8. I'm 5'5.5 and was a gymnast and dancer my whole life, so I've got an ass and strong legs. Since stimming, I'd gotten up to 182! What. The. Fuck.
Yesterday I was getting as much Gatorade into my body as possible, which is exactly the opposite of what I'm supposed to do for water weight with kidney issues, so it was difficult. I took my baby aspirin yesterday afternoon and managed to get 5 bottles of Gatorade down between noon and 1am.
At about 7pm, I started peeing. A lot. And it kept getting worse (or I guess, better!) all night. I was literally peeing every 5-10 minutes. And there was a lot.
I'm not even fucking kidding you when I say I woke up and weighed myself, and I'd lost 14 pounds. From peeing. I seriously thought I'd just gained from snacking so much. Thanks stims!
Anyway, the invisible elephant that was so strong on my chest is gone, and my yoga pants aren't about to pop. Thank god. I wouldn't wish that pain and swelling on anyone!
I fucking love blue gatorade, i only drink blue gatorade, i use blue gatorade as soap, i let my blue gatorade go bad and get mouldy so i can eat blue gatorade, 98% of my blood is blue gatorade, i've killed people for blue gatorade, if i were president, i would outlaw any consumable that isn't blue gatorade, and when I die, i'm being buried my 867530942069316 tonnes of blue gatorade, as per my will.
