A list of puns related to "Gardner Quincy Colton"
Especially when youβre just gonna kiss their ass the whole time & not challenge them on anything theyβve done.
Sauce is one of the greatest Bearcats of all time, without hyperbole. Whoever drafts him is going to be very happy.
Quincy being an unsponsored team this basically removes a huge chunk of their income of the players which would've come from the major. Ponlo flew from SEA staying in LA. First place team gets $30,000 so that's like 4k only the player has as income. I really doubt a greedy company like Valve will increase the price pool of the other Majors or the next season's. Feel soo bad for these players :(
I watched now 14 minutes and 22 seconds and I honestly can't stand it anymore. They say stuff like "Every gay guy hates himself for being gay at one point in life". Well no tbh. I'm pretty fucking happy to be gay. I never hated myself for that part of my personality. Not my problem if someone thinks I'm not healthy or I'll burn in hell or whatever. I get that this "we are trained to be real men" stuff is happening in the US and I'm sorry for them, but I kind of think it's different in central Europe. I don't want you to think that I don't know about all the boys who are struggling with being gay. I do. But in the series they talk about it, like it's a burden. And that's somehow annoying. Tell me however if I'm wrong and I should continue watching it. For the moment I'll watch Lost In Space π Cheers
Edit: Just wanted to make clear that I really do not disrespect guys who struggle/d with their sexuality. Just wanted to share my opining about this way of portraying the topic of being gay and using an outing to improve his image. :)

Minshew threw for two touchdowns against the Jets in his only appearance thus far for the Eagles on 12/5.
Lawrence has thrown for one touchdown, a 7 yard pass to Tavon Austin in a 21-14 loss to Falcons on 11/28, in his last eight starts.
Besides him as a person and the things hes does/has not done, Cassie, his former partner who he stalked and harassed, asked him and Netflix not to discuss the trauma she went through, and they did it anyways.
If there's anything this show represents, it's: if you're hot, white and rich, your bad behaviour is irrelevant.
Also, just to note: when news broke how he had abused his ex, and charges were filed against him, he decided that was the time to come out. Consider that Kevin Spacey did the same thing when his accusers came forward. Your coming out story should not be a distraction from the horrendous abuse you've commited. He also announced his tell all book that same day. This is all for money. Please don't support a person like this. This is not the representation the gay community wants or needs.
Okay, yes I watched it out of curiosity, mainly out of interest to see how he handled anyone talking about the Cassie stalking incident. My biggest take away was this: his church was more than accepting of him after the horrific stalking incident but not at all accepting of him being gay.
This is a huge take away because every church Iβve been to has been accepting of predatory behaviors from men toward women but have gone so far as to blame women in the church if a man acts on βhomosexual urges.β As a bisexual woman who has been raped and harassed and blamed by the church, this particular portion was super triggering for me.
Anyone else have the same revelation?
The production team behind Colton Underwoodβs new Netflix show asked his ex-girlfriend Cassie Randolph to appear on the series, but she declined to participate, Variety has learned exclusively.
Randolph was offered compensation to appear on the show, according to two different sources. She was approached by the production company the day after Underwood sat down on βGood Morning America,β an insider says, for his bombshell interview when he came out as gay.
The idea for Randolphβs scenes would have been to have her sit down with Underwood for him to candidly discuss his sexuality and the mistakes he made in the ending of their relationship.
I absolutely loathe the way Colton is being normalized. Yay for someone finding themselves, but to stalk and possibly abuse someone on your path to Finding yourself- just NO. I find it disgusting and hurtful that so many media outlets are just overlooking his very toxic past.
ETA- Ummm, wow! When I posted this, I had no idea the response that it would receive. I do doubles on Thursdays, so I will try and respond tomorrow! I honestly thought this would get 10-20 comments π³
Hear me out. It does make total sense for 3 reasons.
It was the final nail in the coffin that caused the last of the MM to dissolve.
It was the biggest military blunder in the Neo-Minute Men history, out of the unmentioned groups, only the company that Garvey was joined to responded.
The biggest reason is because of Clint, a member of the Minute Men and more specifically part of the troop Garvey was in, Quincy fell. If I was Preston, Clint would be on the top of the hit list, like how Kellogg is on the top of the SS's list.
I just feel like it's a fail opportunity. It could have been a full mission after you retake the Castle, where Preston remarks how pissed he is at Clint for what he did and that he would like to avenge his fallen comrades and make a big militaristic display of power. Or at the least have it like how in Fallout NV, you can take Boone to kill Caesar and Boone makes mention of it. At the minimum, I would have loved to have heard Preston yell something like "Clint! You son of a bitch! I'll kill you for what you did, you backstabbing bastard!" And watch him make a beeline straight to him, killing anyone who got in his way.
Granted, that's just my opinion on it, hence why I chose to make a discussion about it.
TLDR; Coming out is βawkwardβ
Hi yβall. Itβs the end of the school semester and Bachelor Nation is never free from some new form of consumable media. Soooo Iβve decided to watch Coming Out Colton, the dramatic, heart wrenching series detailing Coltonβs coming out journey. This is a 6 episode epoch and Iβll post an unrequested review for each episode. Be prepared to cringe, cry, and Colton.
TW: mentions of violence towards LGBTQ+ in paragraph 3; mentions of suicidal ideation in paragraph 4;
βEpisode 1: Familyβ is the 27 minute long debut of Coltonβs next journey. It begins with almost immediate victimization by Colton of Colton, with memorable phrases such as βI wanted to fit inβ and βthis year has been a lot for me.β
We are then shown the totally normal-to-film act of Colton coming out to his mother, followed by lots of love and acceptance and the knowledge that Colton has known his sexual orientation since he was 6 or 7. Now this is a relatively wholesome moment and Iβm proud of him for having the courage to do that; however, filming it for a television show sort of sours the moment (for me at least). Colton, remaining extremely stoic and showing no outward emotion, proceeds to tell us that he began hurting others (i.e. stalking his ex girlfriend) because he was closeted.
Fast forward to Colton and his friend Gus at a ski/snowboard resort. Gus, otherwise known as the 2014 Winter Olympics slopestyle silver medalist, is also gay and came out in October 2015 in an interview with ESPN. Colton met Gus on a podcast and said β[Gus] was very obviously hitting on meβ - whether this is true or not is never confirmed. The two men (who honestly look exactly the same) sit down after snowboarding to chit chat about Coltonβs sexuality, with Gus asking Coltonβs type. Mr. Ex-Bachelor says this is a weird question to him and mentions that βcoming out is awkward.β Iβm sure the teenagers living with their parents and the thousands who die every year due to homophobic violence agree that itβs awkward as well. After a bit more conversation, victimization, and tense music, this scene ends.
Now we are at Coltonβs (nice-ass) house with his high school friend Kassidy. He starts to discuss some of his feelings surrounding both his high school experience and recent years, describing an transformative event for him in LA. Essentially Colton took a large amount of Xanax and did not expect to wake up; when he did awake the next day, he immediately packed everything and drove
... keep reading on reddit β‘Dude came out of high school as the 163rd best cornerback prospect, the 1,672nd best player in the country, and he goes his entire college career without allowing a single TD in coverage. Obviously recruiting stars aren't everything, and 3* players are scattered throughout the NFL, but how do you go from being that lowly rated to having arguably one of the greatest cornerback collegiate careers of all time? Guys like Stingley, and Coach Prime can't even say they did what Gardner did.
Is it just a fail on the recruiting scouts, or a rare case of somebody developing at a near perfect level?
