Maybe it's just funny to me, and that's fine. Right now I have it redirecting to AEW's event page, but if anybody can think of anything more entertaining to do with it, I'd be happy to consider other ideas.
Edit: Y'all can stop coming at me like this is some weird anti-WWE thing. I was watching Day 1 when I got the idea. If you want to fight about which company is better, I'm not your man. I just like wrestling.
I'm talking about a couple weeks back when the Usos rubbed their ass with Woods's robe, broke his scepter, smashed his chair and then Roman stomped his crown like it was made of plastic and referred to them as props. They did a good job making Roman look like an asshole but at the same time it kind of buried the tournament and took away any importance it might have had.
AEW reacted to segments going over by shortening their main event. Many said AEW should have cut a segment instead.
WWE reacted to a similar situation by cutting a segment and many are saying they give too much time to the Roman Reigns story.
Obviously we can argue the specifics of each situation but live TV is hard.
