great game, no question. but still...

when seeing the volcano and the sandstorm for the first time, i found myself speechless. during my long wait for fh5, i watched the preview over and over, excited at the thought that i would soon be playing this marvelous game.

however, while the sandstorn did and still does deliver satisfaction and excitement, the volcano has been a major disappointment to me, even to the point that i can now sorta understand a wife's feeling when the husband falls asleep too early. lol

what happened to the 'all in game video' label? how can i gather my frieds around the burning ground in fancy cars? in game video my ass.

for now i'm thinking of giving the dragon a bit of a healthboost if necessary , a wyrmling kid, and a couple of spells like Greater Invisibility, dominate person and maybe a singular use of meteor swarm as a last ditch effort. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

No, your joke isn't creative. Yes, they know the reference. They've heard it many times before. And a good chance that even if they say "haha, that's a new one" it probably isn't and they just want to spare your feelings. In fact, not acknowledging the low hanging fruit and simply responding with your own name will probably be more appreciated by them and they will think of you as more mature and likable.

So I thought I would pull some big brain plays and equip a regen mod in every mod slot and sure enough, it kept my topped up. Then I had a smooth brain moment and turned my cloak on to scout forgetting I'm constantly taking damage...

...and the cloak stayed on... wondering if something was up, I tried firing a weapon. Sure enough, I stay cloaked :P Running around looting everything and scanning everything without a care in the world :P I assume it only works if you're taking periodic damage, must be some sorta weird interaction with the damage being immediately healed and maybe the cloak getting confused and deciding I didn't take damage?

I can also loot the weird egg tree loot pinata things without hassle, I stay cloaked and nothing runs towards me :P

After having noticed many times that certain lizardmen names for generic lords and heroes appear to be puns on Dutch words I finally decided to compile these funny names into a single Bok, I mean list, so that you too won't be able to take these names seriously again. If I'm forced to giggle every time I try to recruit a new lord, so should you. While sometimes the actual spelling may appear quite different to the in-game spelling, as a Dutchman I assure you the way they'd be pronounced would be the same.

For convenience, I've listed the actual name of the characters as they appear in-game, the way it would be spelled in Dutch, and the actual meaning in Dutch. I hope someone'll get a good chuckle out of this.

Please, I need them because I love them and I can't remember them all.

My parents wanted to give us biblical names so my brothers have biblical names. My dad suggested I be Noah after Noah’s ark.

As a middle name he also picked Joseph which my mom approved of due to it being her father’s name.

Noah Joseph. My dad is also Mexican.

What is Noah in spanish? Noé. What is Joseph? José.

Noé José. No way Jose.
