A list of puns related to "Funny Spanish Name"
For example in english we have Mike Hawk (sounds like my cock). I remember a friend from high school using Rosa Melano (rosame el ano) to annoy our substitute teacher . Any other good ones you guys know?

What ways in which English speakers use Spanish or Portuguese words / phrases / expressions / or idioms do you find funny or anoying?
Thanks!
We are thinking of giving the name to our son βBielβ. Itβs a Spanish name.
Does it mean anything (in particular bad) in Dutch language? Thank for the tips!
So thought slime rewarded Flores an eyeball reward and within a couple of hours vaushites swarmed saying that she condones genocide and unironically mentioning βwhite genocide in South Africaβ in some cases. So I looked up her channel including her response to a βdebateβ she had with vaush and her response to him wildly being uniformed about black politics and their terminologies. I have no idea what the vaushites are mad about beyond her handing his ass to him that he doesnβt do research and regurgitates βgreat replacementβ talking points and that somehow black liberation and decolonizing leads to genocide.
Hello! I thought it would be fun to tell you the names of the animals in Spanish. My English does not give much, but some joke I understand with the names in English. I tell you the most fun in spanish, here we go. Antonio, you know, "Ant", it's the same. Rosie is Minina, it's like "kitty" in Spanish. And Apple is Rosi, it's because of the color, pink. Punchy is Felix because ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cT2cVtHfI8k Beau is Lope, antΓLope. Maggie is Margari, for the saying "throw margaritas to the pigs" Kyle is AtaΓΊlfo, because the wolves sing "AAuuuuuΓΊ" to the full moon ΒΏ? Flip is Monet, besides a great artist of impressionism, it is monete without "e" what would be a small monkey, like "monito". Roald, my favorite penguin is Bobi (bobo bird) and Bob, the apple of my eye, is ArΓ‘ndano, "Cranberry". So, Bob and Bobi, condemned to understand each other. And, the last for today, Sandy is Priscilla, why? She is the queen of desert, and what is there in the desert? That's right, sand. So for now, those that come to mind, I do not want to do this very long either ... Although there are more cool names <3 Tell me if you want more!
Pepinos mΓos: When google indexes content, the title of the post is what is weighted most heavily. We lose so much good stuff here because of bad titles.
When you create a post that is going to have a lot of good discussion, be a reference for the future or, in particular, that contains a video or piece of content that will disappear on her feed, always try to always use good keywords and her full name. Ideally like this:
Hilaria Baldwin, wife of Alec Baldwin, Posts Video About Police Stop and Paparazzi
You can also repeat the keywords in the post or comments, but the title is what matters most. Using her birth name, Hillary, or the various nicknames we have for her here (Hi Hilli Vanilli!), is a waste in the title. No one googles that.
We are missing the opportunity to capture searches and inform future members of pepino nation, investigators or others who might benefit from the research, discussion and stories here. Just looking through the last 20 posts or so from today, very few of them will ever show up in a Google search.
All that said, do what you want!
Husband and I are Latino and we're expecting a baby in July. We have plenty of time to decide, but it's been hard pinning down what we like for boy or girl, but especially for a boy.
We're looking to draw on classic or older Spanish names for our choices. Names like AnΓbal, Bonifacio, Florencio, Alonso, Delia, Guadalupe, or Ofelia are nice to us, and I was hoping the namenerds could help me find names in this vein to conspire with the husband over.
Our last name is... let's say, not a good match for any first names that have associations with Spanish conquerers, so leaving those by the wayside would be preferred.
Hello! My husband and I are expecting our first child & weβre having a boy! We have just 1 name that we both like but would like a couple other options incase we donβt feel like itβs a good fit when we meet him. Hereβs our criteria:
Names I like but wonβt be using since Husband canβt get on board:
Names he likes but I canβt get behind:
Names we both liked but decided against:
Names weβve been offered but donβt like:
The name we have picked out so far isβ¦ Thiago. We both love the name however I do have reservations against it because we mentioned it to our families and didnβt have the best reactions (big mistake). Ultimately, we know that heβs our child and weβll name him whatever we love but we just want to see what else is our there! Thank you!
