I’ve been watching from Ep. 1 (2006) to the present (I’m up to 152, Rocco’s 2010 PowerMorphiCon extravaganza) using Mega64.org (thank you I/Hadzz46 once again for this incredible gift, will be donating again soon),
And no other creators/artists in this space (YouTube/Twitch/podcasts) are as chill, unfiltered, non-heightened, endearingly/relatable ‘over it all’, utterly give-no-fucks (and not as a contrived gimmick where they put effort into projecting an image, they literally don’t give a fuck), fucking hard-working and just straight up human and real as them.
Derrick, Garrett, Shawn, Rocco, Johnny, Kevin, the whole crew —
thank you so much for being who you are and doing what you do — you’re more inspiring just out of you each naturally being who you are than you’ll ever know 🙏
And for those getting ready to comment ‘that’s harsh’ regarding my post title, I worded it that way to convey how I feel as honestly/accurately as possible — all those crews are great in their own way/for their own communities I’m sure.
I’m in Australia and I hope they either make their way here some time soon or (more than likely) I’ll mosey over to San Diego in 2021/2022 and be able to express my gratitude —
they’ve legit inspired my path, YouTube(dot)com/albertchessaofficial and albertchessa(dot)com and helped me through some super shitty/dark times —
