A list of puns related to "Funny Cheesecake"
I bought this because someone said it was as good as V1. I tried it out and it was pretty bangin'. Creamy, thick, very slight cheese note.
A week or so in and I'm getting this grim rancid cheese flavor. It's not solo, it's amongst a few bananas in a banana cream cheesecake recipe. So I can't be totally sure who the culprit is.
But I have to emphasise that it was amazing at first so it's a pretty quick turn if it did go bad. We're not talking a month or two, just a week, maybe 8 days.
Throwaway just to be safe
As a child whenever I was invited at peoples houses my mom told me it was etiquette to eat the food they made. She would always tell me to put a considerable amount and eat all of it since it would be rude not too. First she said it would be wasting food and second it would seem as if I didn't enjoy the food, which is mean since a lot of effort was put into making it. I've always followed this rule and thought it was true. If I cooked a buttload of food and no one ate I'd be heartbroken.
My boyfriend of 7 months invited me to his family Christmas dinner. I've met his parents very briefly but nothing too formal. Anyway we get to the food and I was pretty hungry and everything looked really amazing. I made sure to fill my plate (but not over fill just equal amounts of everything on the table) I ate it all and to be honest was pretty stuffed. His mother then asked me if I wanted seconds (there was still a lot of food on the table) I took her up on the offer and put a bit more of the pasta salad. My boyfriend did give me a strange look but I thought nothing of it at the time.
Dessert comes and I chose to eat a slice of cheesecake. We then had coffee all sitting around the fire and telling funny stories. Everyone seemed like in a very good mood and everything was great!
After everything I was honestly so happy, because I was worried about dinner and meeting his parents, but I thought that everything went well. We left his parents house in separate cars as I came directly from my parents house to him.
We reach my apartment and I can tell he is totally pissed off. I asked him what was wrong and he just blew up in my face that I had no manners. Telling me that he had never seen me eat as much as I did at his parents house, and that it was so embarrassing. After further prying he said that in his culture when you eat a lot at a person house it is disrespectful because you should never go to a house on an empty stomach. He said it makes a person look desperate and there is a language barrier between me and him and he said in away fat... but not fat (honestly I did not understand).
He said on the car ride home his mom was talking about how embarrassing and unmannered I was to eat so much. I told him that she told me to put seconds and he said thats done to be a good hostess but a guest should never take up on that offer. He said it would have been fine if I had declined dessert but because I had not down that I looked even more "fat".

Okay, one last check.
Jel'si stood up and patted her pockets. She wasn't wearing her normal clothes, and the different weight distribution of her new outfit kept throwing her off. Torel had put the clothes together, a human style outfit that managed to ride the line between proper feminine sensibilities and the weird backwards style of human clothing. A one piece sundress in a vibrant red that dipped low enough to show plenty of cleavage, paired with black leggings and accented by a short black coat. Sensible shoes. She had her omnipad and her ID, but no badge and no pistol. Well, not her normal pistol. Just a small backup gun she could tuck in a pocket. She didn't need it but carrying a piece was just habit at this point.
Satisfied that she wasn't missing anything, Jel'si grabbed Stace's gifts from their home on the jump seat next to her and exited the small shuttle into the brisk Earth air. Stace had been excited about spring, but it was still unbearably chilly. This damn coat might look good and help accent her less-than-spectacular chest, but it wasn't keeping the cold out. She jogged her way into the hotel and made her way towards the medical wing and Stace's apartment, slowing and taking a moment to make sure nothing was out of place and she wasn't short of breath before she went in.
Askel had a smile for her as she entered the medical office. He was using a medical sprayer, putting some sort of numbing agent on a marine's swollen ankle, and the woman's jealous glare just earned her a smirk from the Interior Agent. It must be obvious why she was here.
"Stace is getting ready, you can go right in. He's been prepping all morning." Askel offered her another smile and Jel'si's smirk turned into a nervous grin. She opened the door and the smell of home cooked food wafted out into the medical room. Jel'si stopped for a moment and just savored the flavors filling the air. She had a small snack before coming for her date since she didn't want to seem like a slob, but her mouth was immediately watering in anticipation.
"You better go in. That smell is going to attract marines like blood bugs to a sporting event." Jel'si nodded to the Helkam, t

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
So I started getting super into indie perfumes around September 2021, and I randomly started thinking about what types of perfumes my family members would wear. I started coming up with ideas of perfumes based on things theyβre interested in and thought itβd be funny to find a perfume that replicates that thing in uncanny indie fashion. My family members never really wear perfumes so I was mostly guessing how to go about it, but it was still a fun experience, so I wanted to write down some reviews for what I ended up getting them. IMAM was my greatest source for ideas, so big thanks to the saints who write up reviews/suggestions.
My idea was to get them two perfumes each: one being a βweirdβ/realistic perfume thatβs trying to replicate something specific they like, and the other being a general perfume that I thought they might like. I knew I was only going to get sample sizes because a) I was guessing what they might like, and b) they donβt really wear perfumes so my assumption was they would sniff it, say βneatβ and then tuck it away on a shelf. Which is fine by me as this was mostly for my amusement anyway.

For my mom:
One of my momβs favorite flowers is hyacinth, so I decided pretty early that I wanted to get a hyacinth perfume for her. I honestly thought that would be a pretty simple task, but thereβs a surprisingly limited amount of perfumes that both focused on hyacinth and were currently available (I was looking for this during the fall, after all, and not the spring). I found several perfumes that did have hyacinth, but it seemed to be a secondary note or the perfume just seemed like it would smell like a jumble of flowers. I also donβt really know what hyacinth smells like. Iβve definitely smelled it before, but itβs hard to remember, and itβs only a spring flower so I couldnβt really sniff for reference. When searching for hyacinth perfume recommendations, Alchemic Museβs Ostara (a mix of hyacinth blossoms, myrtle, and wild heather fused with the soft green foliage of moss and ivy, gently grounded by a warm and earthy base of clove, cinnamon, and myrrh) was the one that kept popping up, so that was the first one I tried. However, when I got it it smelled rather soapy to me, so I looked for other ideas. Alkemiaβs Floralis (*spring rain, a breath of fresh aldehydes, a mist of water musk sett

His birth was so different from my other two birth experiences - the leading up to labor, where I delivered him, how I delivered him, and how he came out (En Caul!!) which was the wildest part of it all.Β I'm a sucker for birth stories and I love talking about all the little details related to labor and birth butttt if thatβs not so much your thingβ¦ be warned ;)
And if youβre not into birth stories, hereβs an important update from our fam that we didnβt want you to miss at the bottom of the emailβ¦
We are still on the hunt for some land to raise our familyβ¦. (thank you for all your prayers and well wishes as we continue our search!) But in the meantime we have had our pulse on cabins in the Bend area where we used to live. We are excited to tell you that over the summer we bought a cabin in the woods, and we are hoping that by next summer we will be able to invite you to come stay! We hope this cabin can be a place where our family AND YOURS can come to create memories, play in the river, explore the mountains/lakes, and snuggle up by the fire while watching the snow fall. Weβve got some ideas for how we can design this space to be fun, connecting, relaxing for families and we canβt wait to share/show you! Stay tuned for the renovation and lots of Jeremy Roloff original projects to come ;)
π·Radleyβs Birth Story
This was my first birth-center birth. I had switched midwives to the birth center when I found out I was pregnant with Radley because I wanted the home birth experience but not in my own home since at the time we didnβt know where that would beβ¦Also the birth center is close to the hospital which made me feel a little more comfortable because of my hemorrhaging history with the other kids. Thank you redhead genesβ¦Β I absolutely loved my midwife team at the birth center. They allotted an hour for all of my prenatal appointments and it was so much easier to talk with them because most women they see have similar desires/concerns regarding birth. I didnβt feel like I needed to explain why I wanted/didnβt want to do certain things during my pregnancy or with regards to our birth plan. They were so respectful and even excited to support my desire to have a natural unmedicated birth and they were invested in the ways I was naturally supporting my body through pregnancy.
Backing up a bit before we get to the st
