A list of puns related to "Fuchsia Dunlop"
Basically the title.
I love how Dunlop keeps the ingredients and techniques authentic, but accessible for a western cook. I don't know much about the various regions of Mexican cooking and would like a book that is of similar quality. I prefer something that focuses on one or two regions, vice the whole country.
Any suggestions?
Edit: I also really like the photography and stories she includes.
I really love Fuchsia Dunlopโs cookbooks for Chinese cooking and I was wondering whether there is a good equivalent for Japanese? A western chef who trained in Japan and can explain things simply. Something like that.

I work in a tiny (mostly vegetarian) restaurant. I'm always keen to discover and try out asian food and recipes to work with and create my own dishes
searching trough the internet I've been recommended to buy Fuchsia Dunlop's book as she looks to be a real expect in Chinese cuisine who writes in English
her book section is really wide but i don't know where to start
any suggestions?
