What is G.J. Meyer talking about? What information about the 1917 French Army mutinies will be unsealed in 2017 by the French government?
In G.J. Meyer's "A World Undone" there is a passage regarding the mutinies of French troops in 1917:
"Troops were crowding into Paris in a state of extreme disorder. French archives on the mutiny have been sealed since the war and will remain so until 2017, but enough is known to make clear that at its peak it was a threat to the survival of the republic."
What information will be unsealed? When this year will it be unsealed?

Every person's will has a breaking point. But what happens when it's not one man, but a whole army? In 1917 the French army had reached the limit of their morale. Ordered into the trenches, entire units mutinied, and the fate of the war suddenly hinged on the relationship between commander and recruit. The result almost cost the Allies the war.
Most true crime covers the past hundred years of recorded history. We cover the rest of it. From murderous knights and pirate kings to ancient Chinese forensic investigators and the Renaissance's literal fashion police, our episodic podcast dives deep into the historical characters and events that make up some of the greatest crimes the world has ever seen β and certainly not found in your textbooks.

Has the recent declassification of the records of the french army mutinies of WW1 shed any new light on the events?
The mutinies started the 27th of may 1917 and the records were supposed to be classified for 100 years. I haven't been able to find anythinig online that deals with these new sources. Can any historian share some new insights or haven't the sources been declassified yet?

I've never seen the mutinies mentioned as much more than a footnote so I was hoping someone could shed some light on some of the finer details.
In particular I was wondering:
-How did it get started? Were there any leaders?
-How large did they get and what did they entail? Did it have any meaningful impact on the situation at the front?
-How did they get put down? Were there negotiations between high command and representatives from the men?
-Did anything like it happen in other armies?
-Any other interesting facts or good sources that could shed some light on the situation and/or its aftermath.
Thanks in advance for any answers, this has become by far my favorite subreddit to frequent.
