Frank Wolff's "The Backside of Water" is not working as described/intended

As the title states above, the ability is not working as decribed/intended. It states that it has a 50% chance of applying slow on use, but it never applies slow.

Below is a video I made of Frank, who has tactics (and therefore has a 100% chance of applying it (or applying it and having it be resisted), yet it doesn't apply slow to the target (Sully) or any other enemy. This is 100% repeatable, as with or without tactics, it never applies slow.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R83JIlO7Z0o

I have opened up a ticket with the CS concerning this. Hopefully it gets fixed.

2012

Infantil

  • Capeucita Roja
  • Los tres chanchitos
  • Pinocho

Clásicos

  • Romeo y Julieta, de William Shakespeare
  • Subterra, de Baldomero Lillo

  • La odisea, de Hómero

My semi-professional review of Star Wars: Rebels SPOILER WARING

I AM NOT A MOVIE/TV REVIEWER. I'm a film student that's starting officially in a couple weeks time, so please be nice. Please correct me if I get something wrong or if I missed something, it will be embarrassing to leave in.

First off, I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to star wars. I grew up with the clone wars series, I even have parts of season 2 on disc somewhere. I love it to the core. This was my first time watching the rebels series and to be honest, I'm actually quite surprised.

A few years ago when it first came out, I hesitated. It was getting a fair bit of negativity and as I was a bit of a die hard, I thought I might be disappointed. Also my access was quite limited as I didn't have Disney XD (One of several Disney channel's at the time) to watch it regularly on. When I did see it every so often, I found it engaging but boring. For me, it didn't have the pop the clone wars had.

That was a few years ago. Things have changed. I have had a very keen interest with film/story for a while, and Ive been studying it more and more, going over and over what make a movie/TV show so amazing. Ranging from character arcs to camera angles. Looking at it as a directors/writers perspective, this is what I have found.

Season One introduces us to Ezra, a brash, slightly overconfident and cocky street kid who has his own problems about being alone. As well as the other members of the ghost crew. Throughout the season, Ezra trains with Kanan and grows stronger in the force. This is already developing his arc, but slowly. This season mainly focuses on building up the rebels strength and running for the Grand inquisitor. While important, I felt some of the episodes lacked. I don't know what exactly, but something felt off. Maybe the lack of Jedi? But I don't know. Story wise, this was a great opportunity to set up places and people that are important in the future, like the temple on Lothal and Jai from the academy. What is kind of disappointing to see is Tseebo being unused. Someone so valuable and close to Ezra should could have at least been featured more, especially with the information on his parents. While on this topic, I want to talk specifics on the episode gathering forces and path of the Jedi. In gathering forces, Ezra has his first taste of the dark side, a pivotal moment and he confessed he really is afraid of his parent's fate. He controls the big creature with the dark side, which in turn makes kanan think twice about Ezra's control over the fo

SERIOUS: This subreddit needs to understand what a "dad joke" really means.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

[Update] 0.18 Beta Update

The 0.18 beta update will be available to download on December 15. This update includes new Guardians, new Dangerous Dungeon buffs, and event quests coming soon.

Guardian Updates

Lure Buff

  • Buff icon and text color have been changed from white to blue.

Jack Sparrow

  • Curse Charges are now colored green.
  • “+1” text callout will appear in order to indicate when Mounting Affliction activates.

Frank Wolff

  • Special Ability description has been updated to indicate that Dense Foliage resists damage from Ranged and Support enemies.

Maleficent

  • Fixed an issue where Advanced Talents were capped at 42.68%. Advanced Talents now scale properly from 10% to 50%.

Mickey Mouse

  • While Mickey Mouse’s Power Level is intended to be higher than that of other Support Guardians, the previous Power Level represented too much of a disparity. As a result Mickey Mouse’s Power Level has been reduced by roughly 10%.
  • All other Attributes including Attack, Defense, Focus and Heath have not been changed.
  • Mirror Shield Buff description updated to indicate that the percentage of damage reflected is also negated from Mickey and any other allies who have the Mirror Shield Buff.

Minnie Mouse

  • Fixed an issue where Minnie was instantly gaining Attack Buffs without attacking her opponent. Minnie now gains Attack Buffs when she hits her opponent.

Baymax

  • Added Poison immunity to the Core Ability.

EVE

  • Added Poison immunity to the Core Ability.

Dangerous Dungeons

Dungeon Buffs have been added to Dangerous Dungeons! Dungeon Buffs will begin in the Dungeon Event beginning on Friday, December 17.

There are two types of Dungeon Buffs:

  • Floor Buffs may appear on certain floors, and are a mix of positive and negative effects. More buffs and more debilitating combinations of buffs will appear on harder difficulties. Effects include granting Invincibility when a special is used, applying Defense Down every few seconds, powering up the Fractured, and more!
  • Chest Buffs are a possible reward from Chests of Chance, and are always something beneficial for the player. If you earn more than one of a certain type of buff, the duration is updated rather than giving double the effect. Effects include increasing Guardian Attributes, harnessing the elemental power of the Titanborn, decreasing Guardian special cooldowns, and more!
  • The amount of Chests of Chance generated per floor has increased in order to compensate for previous results being less freque

These aren't dad jokes...

Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.

This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.

If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.

Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.

I had a vasectomy because I didn’t want any kids.

When I got home, they were still there.
