It’s been close to a month since Chelsea last had a league match, with an international break and the all-important Champions League and FA Cup fixtures filling the schedule. The Blues’ last league match was 10 October, when two late goals (Harder 83’ and Kirby 94’) sealed all three points for Chelsea at home against Leicester City.
Last weekend, the Blues took down Manchester City in the FA Cup semifinal, putting three goals past the struggling Sky Blues.

Today, the Blues Aston Villa in the West Midlands. Chelsea have won the last five matches across all competitions against Carla Ward’s side, and are looking to pick up a fifth consecutive league win. Villa are seventh in the table, and Chelsea second behind an Arsenal squad that has been clinical this term. The Villains started the season brightly, but have failed to score in their last two matches.
Former Chelsea player Anita Asante plays for Villa.
In the Chelsea camp, Lauren James and Maren Mjelde both seem poised to take the pitch. Mjelde has been recovering from a devastating knee injury sustained last season. James, who signed this summer, has been working on her strength and conditioning to avoid injuries that have plagued her during her career. James spoke to the Chelsea site about her goals for long-term fitness, and said she has become good friends with the veteran Mjelde. James was in the matchday squad for the City match, and Mjelde made an appearance on the bench against Juventus on 13 October.

When Henry is on his death he’s he tells Francis about killing his older brother in a tennis game because he wanted to be king. In S4 Henry and Charles are playing tennis and they are rivals and Henry (the younger brother) hurts Charles with a tennis ball and wants to become king. Anyone know what happened? I was out walking the dog and saw 20+ cops on foot between St Helen and Francis. Lots of yelling and running (light jogging by the less fit ones). One cop vaulted over a fence out of someone’s front yard, a couple of houses down from Iguala. They had guns drawn so I left quickly but haven’t been able to find any additional info.
