A list of puns related to "First Player Win"
b1t first played for Na'vi on December 8th, 2020 against Astralis as a sub for flamie on map 2 (14-16 for Astralis, 2-1 in the series for Na'vi)
He will be the first player to do the following in his **First YEAR** competing on a professional level.
- Win a Major
- Win Cologne
- Win the Intel Grand Slam
The only prestigious tournament he will not have won will be Katowice, but with their current form, I easily see Na'vi winning Katowice again.
Future star in the making right here. Can't wait to see his trophy case in 2 years.
Obviously a nitpick stat, but still a weird little coincidence. Props to the whole Hawks team for what they were able to do all season in coming into the series as major underdogs.
Just played in my first ever tournament. Had fun games all the way and made it to the final. Only to face a team that only had 2 players, but were obviously way beyond our skill level. We got smoked two games straight and it wasn't even close.
I don't know their actual normal ranks, if there is a way I can check it or anything. But does it happen often?
Maybe they were making a video or something, 2 v 3 in Gold tournament or something. I dunno. Frustrating to find two solid teammates and play so well only to get clowned at the end.
Zven travelled across the pond back in 2018, joining TSM in attempt to be the first player to win both the LEC (EU LCS when he left) and the LCS.
Everyone that follows the LCS scene will never forget Zvenβs series defining throw against TL back in 2019 Spring, and for a player that received a huge amount of criticism on TSM, is finally looking like heβll be the first western player to win both the LEC and the LCS.
C9 are miles above the competition this split in NA, and if C9 do close it out (which if they donβt, they will go down as one of the most dominant teams NOT to win the title), Zven will be setting his own record as the first player to conquer North America and Europe. A prestigious accomplishment considering there has been many famous and influential names to try and fail, such as: Yell0wStar, mithy, Febiven, Froggen, Reignover, and Huni, whilst also most recently; Broxah and s0AZ (there is probably more, my bad if I missed any).
Edit: Added Reignover.
Kyrie was unreal tn with the crazy efficiency. Started 10/10 in the first half for 27 points. Mamba mentality at its best π
Edit: Second most points ever by a Net behind Deron Williams 57

It's a new era of NBA basketball, this has really become a global sport.
Edit: fucked that title up real nice
Let me tell you a story from last night where i attempted to fight N'Zoth for the first time. We downed the entry boss first try and then entered his room. No explanation, no pause, just a ready check and a pull. 60 seconds later half the raid is mind controlled (MC'ed) and we wipe, not even finishing phase one.
Right off the bat half of everyone leaves, we lose a tank, but manage to keep 4 healers. Everyone start pointing fingers, yelling, 5-6 people start trying to vaguely describe the encounter that they don't know well. So a question was finally ask, "who has finished this fight?". We get only 7 people to admit to even finishing this fight and only one that claims they have finished it in LFR. More people leave at this point and a few more join.
At this point we know its going to be rough, and we also know we were most likely going to be hitting max determination stacks. So after about a 10 min wait we got a new tank, we brief him and we pull. We last through first phase still losing most everyone but we make it at least to phase 2. Rinse and repeat for 2 hours.
2.5 hours in, we have not managed to get the boss below 85%. Tanks are mad, we are losing 7-8 people per try and new people are coming in and dying making it even harder. But then a blessing. We pick up 2 VERY geared dps who know the fight, a fury warrior and a warlock. These guy end up holding the top 2 dps spots and understand the insanity mechanic. So after a brief chat with them clarifying that we had the basic idea right we made a plan. Me (also fury warrior but un-geared and terrible dps) would make the calls. Losing my dps was nothing if i could keep people alive by directing. 2 heavy dps focused down MC'ed players due to fast burst, this drastically helped with the insanity that several members were still having problems with. With this new plan we managed to make it to phase 3 for the first time at about the 3 hour mark.
The rest of the story goes quick. We only wiped 2-3 more times as we figured out add mechanics and each time more and more people were still alive in phase 3, letting our dps focus more on the boss amd in turn decreasing insanity issue buy killing faster.
At about 4 hours in we did it. In a shower of notifications, more then 15 of us beat N'Zoth for the first time in a LFR group. All but one player stayed for the cinematic that played (bit weak btw) and for a few minutes after we just chilled, swapped loot and relaxed. I made a few new friends that day. And t
... keep reading on reddit β‘I've got Lane Johnson, Tj Watt, and FS Megatron in my lineup, but it stopped progressing once I reached 15 games. Anyone else experience this?
Edit: u/ForeverGaming513 pointed out the solution! Using the "welcome to zero chill" challenges made me progress!
Boris Diaw won MIP with the Suns (2006) and a championship with the Spurs (2014). Kevin Love won the MIP with the Timberwolves (2011) and a championship with the Cavs (2016). Siakam just won both in the same year with the Raptors.
Iβm kind of surprised that thereβs so little overlap
Last night's game made Tommy Luce the first 4 year player to win every game in the rivalry. He is 7-0 against Indiana, due to the teams only playing once in the 2017-2018 season.
Luce, a 5'10" senior has had some assists over the years and was nicknamed "The King of Mackey" on sportscenter by SVP.
From my research, there has been only one other player come close to this; Don Schlundt of Indiana University was one of the first players in the country to be allowed to play as a freshman due to the Korean war. Schlundt, an NCAA champion and all-American and all that other crap, went 7-0 against Purdue before getting destroyed 67-92 in their final match.
I am sure there have been players before then that won every game as sophomores-seniors, but to go undefeated all four years is impressive. Give credit where credit is due.
