A list of puns related to "Fairbanks, Alaska"
Hey guys, gonna PCS to Alaska, and I have a feeling I'm gonna have problems finding internet and phone service. LOL. anyone have any recommendations?
Was $10 to become a memeber and then must eventually pay $200 to be full fledged buy in to the co-op as a member owner. Can pay little bit every time you shop or whatever amount.
$13 of the $40 was laundry soap. Other part was dry beans for soup and a can of mackerel since I haven't tried that fish. Then some spices, a 0 sugar maple syrup alternative, cheese and some cooking oil.
I got lions mane (never tried this kind), and shiitake mushrooms grown in Ester, wheat grass, micro greens, potatoes, carrots, and nice thick shell (eating good) local eggs. Local pasteurized milk, Reindeer stew meat, 2 reindeer round steaks wrapped in bacon frozen, a beef chuck roast from Delta Junction. All the cans they had on the shelf of smoked salmon from Indian valley meat which was like $30 of this.
There were all sorts of imported produce also.
I was highly impressed and going to enjoy a good chuck steak later tonight on the grill.
I have zero interest in shopping elsewhere for most food from now on after just one visit and saw the happiest winter time produce I have ever seen in a store up here.
I know thatβs itβs kinda a general love letter to Fairbanks but, are they talking about Chris McCandless in the song or is it kinda just a coincidence?
I spent 10 days in Fairbanks, Alaska and i have some recommendations :)
first post on this site, hope im doing this right.
around ~2014 a friend bought me this shirt from H&M after I took a two-week trip to Alaska with family. i really like the thin texture and it's become something of a weird comfort to me. sadly, my shirt is now nearly threadbare and ridden with holes to a point I (sadly) cannot wear it in public for the most part. I've been looking to try and buy a new version of this shirt for a long time, but all I found is the picture above and a link to a seller in Singapore from four years ago (link).
it looks like this product has been discontinued or something similar, but I'm really hoping someone out there can help me find another seller, or more information in general. thanks !
Well, 55% is better than 50% or 0%, right?
Still satisfied with the D on this night of fluky goals.
Psenicka looks real good out thereβrangy and crafty and seems to like to camp just outside the paint. We do need a garbageman, i.e., someone to pick up rebounds and slam them home in traffic.
