Our favorite Canadian Christianophile of Cringe, Lauren Chen, is at it again. This time, she's going on about the menace that is those darn LGBT people trying to gay up and tranify the good people.

First she opens this by bringing up a poll and claims this shows that "society is being gayer." Of course, it's more than likely that the reason these numbers have increased isn't simply that people have suddenly changed orientation, but because not being straight has comparatively become more acceptable over the last few years than it was twenty or thirty years ago. This is a point that she "explores" after bringing up the study. Of course, that's dismissed because of the right's favorite scary boogeymen (unless they can be used to enforce THEIR standards AGAINST people they don't like): Hollywood celebrities.

And if you think this isn't stupid enough, she then starts to bring up the environment and genes. Ho boy! Keep in mind that Chen believes in a correlation between race and IQ and, in her mind, is set in stone. She, at best, partially believes the environment can shape individuals or even wealth disparities can be a factor, but is more than willing to not question the arbitrary results. Yet when it comes to sexuality (something that she admits is an automatic, intrinsic factor a person has that can't be altered), suddenly it's some far left person saying being straight is bad that can cause such a crazed domino affect on the populace at large turning them into queer folk. Then she brings up the twin studies. Oh fuck, here we go. You know whenever a right winger brings up something like this, there's always a powerful detail they fail to cite. When it comes to race and IQ, they never talk about the socio-economic or other impactful factors.

I tried to make this different from TNO (as that was the system I heavily based this on), but there will inevitably be heavy similarities in some naming.
