Why don't Catholic bishops (including the Archbishop of Rome) and Catholic pastors worldwide take concrete steps to remedy this problem? I don't see anything happening, and I haven't for years.
Is it because many bishops/pastors also do not believe the Most Blessed Sacrament is the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ? Or is it something far darker and more sinister in nature?
Great inroads to this problem could be made with good preaching at Sunday Mass, good articles in weekly bulletins and by offering ongoing catechesis on weeknights to those who would actually attend. Instead there is absolutely nothing on the subject -- at least around here. Thank you.
But the police came and talked the priest out of it. They settled on doing livestream mass and serving drive-through Jesus-to-go in the parking lot.

People who protect child predators are not men of god, and they should be shamed in society until they fucking change.
