I am disabled and wish to try and reduce my middle aged spread and unable to physically excercise. Many years ago I had a "slendertone Abs belt" which worked well but now quite expensive. Does anyone have experience of more modern similar products somewhat cheaper? Or advice on a sub who may be knowlegeable?
I'm planning on buying a microwave but wonder if I should bother looking for a smaller store for a better price.

About me: I am 23, software developer, working on a startup and couple of new ideas these days. I try to travel to a new state & meet hundred new people every month. Loves to experiment with technology and gadgets.
Things I was looking for:
- Laptop: Less likely he can carry, but please recommend. My Requirements
I don't prefer a Macbook because it forces you to use the whole Apple ecosystem then. I can't purchase a Macbook, iPhone, Airpods, Watch even after selling both of my kidneys. - Smartwatch: Somehow Galaxy Watch 4 and Fossil Gen 6 are costing the same in US and India. What am I missing? Any other recommendation?
- Google Nest Hub (2nd gen): Not available in India but a good product I believe. Although I am confused between 4th gen Echo, Echo Dot and Nest Audio, Nest Hub
- Smart IOT devices? Very much interested to try out.
- Smartphones? NO iPhones though.
So anything that you folks would recommend?
A lot of times you buy some thing with the expectation or promise that in the future it’ll get a software update that will give it new features you want, or fix things. Don’t spend the money, manufacturers can change their mind at any time, or if they do deliver could be below your expectations, sub par of their promise or might take a long time

edit: seems to actually be 45% in at least my case. "MAP" also works similarly.

I've been a web developer for over 10 years now, having spent most of my years working in a small agency, making boutique websites for fashionable brands.
Fast forward 7 years and I'm now working in a team of 4 developers, building and maintaining a webapp.
What I noticed is that I'm the kind of person that is happy to get something working, make it look good, show it to the client and if they're happy, that's a done for that feature. However my colleagues have a complete different mindset, they would have a customer wait for 3 more days because they feel a certain part of the code could be refactored and written in a better way, even if there are 0 bugs at this time, and the customer is happy. I can't seem to wrestle myself into this mindset.
Has anyone been in my situation before? Maybe I miss creating project-based boutique websites, where the complexity was never overwhelming, and I could focus on building, and completing, instead of endlessly going over code that could be better.

For the past 30 days, 381 BTC have entered the lightning network. You do not need highly technical knowledge to put BTC on the lightning network. at most, the greatest barrier to entry is opening a new channel costs about 1000 sats (31 cents now). Starting in November that will turn to less than a penny.
I think (and I may very well be wrong) that we could be at the beginning of a Bitcoin supercycle if we see more countries adopting it.
For some more perspective: Less than 19 million bitcoin have been minted. Only 1,832 bitcoin are on the lightning network. That means less than 0.01% of all bitcoin are on the lightning network.
I suppose we should think a bit about “lightning network growth game theory." What would it take to go from 0.01% of BTC on lightning to 0.1% and then 1%?
