A list of puns related to "Echo Point"
This post is partially inspired by the one about Rich Siegler post and how he comes up with really creative builds.
First off, this sub is an absolutely *incredible* source of information. The depth of knowledge some people have of the rules and insights on their interactions constantly surprises me.
I'm curious, though, how you guys feel about the fact that reading the posts here doesn't just answer questions and provide sound advice- I feel like you can't avoid internalizing certain shared opinions on here about what units are "good" and what units are "bad", or what a faction's only viable competitive base-build is.
One of the problems is that specific unit advice almost certainly doesn't strongly apply to you or your list building. Unless you're playing at massive GTs around the country, pretty much everything is dependent on local metas. This is something I feel is absolutely true- and yet even with that belief I find myself not selecting units (or even trying out innovative strategies) because of biases I've internalized from reading posts on this sub basically daily.
Another problem is that you can't really get away from it- every post has innocuous comments that'll embed themselves in your subconscious when you see them often enough. I realized I have opinions on units from factions that I've never even played with, against, or even seen on the tabletop in real life!
These biases can very well stifle your ability or desire to try to innovate and shifts your perception more and more to meta net lists.
Do you think there's a point of diminishing returns for consuming information in the posts on here? Or do you think following the general consensus on here will ultimately be more beneficial than "Wasting your time" experiments with perceived sub optimal builds? Or just being aware of potential bias that you pick up and try to find a happy medium by trying to actively reign them in?
I got an Abode alarm package on Black Friday that came with an Amazon Echo Show. Is there any compelling reason to keep this thing? I havenβt used any Amazon devices, Iβm all Mac/iOS here and the Abode integrates with HomeKit. I have plenty of options for listening to music throughout the house or watching movies, and I donβt have anyone to video call who isnβt on FaceTime already. Other than a bedside alarm clock, what good is this thing?
Iβm a Centrist thatβs born and raised in California. Iβm all for immigration, Iβm pro-choice, Iβm for masks requirements by private companies, Iβm even for private companies requiring vaccination status. Iβm vaccinated myself but I donβt think it should be mandated. (Iβd be downvoted into the ground if I said this on a comment anywhere).
Anyways to the point, I often scroll the βpopularβ section on Reddit to kill time. 100% of the time I will see a top mod post that says βthese views wonβt be toleratedβ on other popular subs like Public Freakout or Facepalm, or anything you often see in the popular tab. I understand racist/misogynistic/hateful type of rhetoric absolutely should not be allowed but more times than not itβs a simple statement like βI think welfare funds are being mismanagedβ and then they get dragged, downvoted, and maybe even kicked from the sub. Itβs gotten to the point where reading the comment section just looks like an echo chamber.
My question: Why are the popular Reddit subs so left leaning and intolerant to any other view points regarding politics. Im afraid to engage in any kind of meaningful conversation, or even ask questions I donβt understand in fear of being banished from subs I enjoy scrolling through.
For some reason when I try to farm the echos like I use to do with the first and second Iβm now only getting 8 points instead of 120 and 40 sometimes when it use to be 120, and they arenβt even going to my progress, itβs been at 2478 for the last 3 days now.
**mods I will gladly delete this if it violates any sub rules**
$10,000,000+/share is not a meme.
Everything I have read here and elsewhere has pointed to a squeeze that will rock the financial world to its very core. The problem with that is that I (and many others here) now have a relatively clear understanding of how the MOASS will play out, but have no knowledge of anything that would point in the other direction.
This sub is home to some of the greatest financial minds in the world, who generously share their work with us entirely for free. The sheer abundance of quality DD posted here every day is enough to convince anyone that the MOASS will happen, and is looming over the horizon any day now. This is not a fully realistic way of thinking, and simply creates more paper-hands when the price drops, or when bad news is revealed. Nothing is guaranteed and the game is rigged against us.
I think it would be beneficial for us to read and consider any counter-DD that exists (if any even does, I haven't seen a single post disproving any of the God-Tier DD posted on this sub). We need to understand every card that can be played along the way, every blindside or trick in the bag if we are going to win this game against the shorts. This sub should not be a place where opposing views are discouraged from being shared, as long as they are based in facts and not baseless speculation.
I am not asking to try and be convinced that the MOASS is not happening, at this point nothing will convince me otherwise. I will be holding my shares until the day I die, if that's how long this plays out. I'm just worried that this sub is becoming over-confident in something happening that has never happened before. I don't like the fact that I am 100% certain of selling my GME for $10,000,000 a piece. I am not a shill, I don't work for shitadel, I don't want to spread FUD. I just want to be informed of all sides of what is happening, good and bad. And when the squeeze happens I want to be able to go to those people who doubted it and laugh in their faces.
TLDR;
$10,000,000/share is not a meme.
Echo chambers are never good.
We need to consider all possibilities of how this can play out. Good and Bad.
Healthy discussion and understanding your enemy is vitally important.

So, Lone Echo 1 has a point where the story moves forward and you can no longer explore the original environment.
I'm at a point in Lone Echo 2 where Jack is being asked to do something that sounds like it may lead to a similar thing happening >!(they are ready for him to go back in time)!<. I still want to explore the initial environment, though, so should I hold off on doing that thing?
Just wanted to put it out there that I find Seth Meyers show has some pretty similar positions as Breaking Points and it makes their show so much more enjoyable because the humor isn't the same corporate spin you see elsewhere.
So Iβm playing Lone Echo 2 and after putting in all the settings and jacks memory is back together, and heβs being rebooted, the game softlocks after Liz says βJust keep the connection stable!β. I can tell itβs soft-locking and not fully crashing since the subtitles are moving to the position of your head like it normally does. What should I do?
Just started playing yesterday and its happened twice now that I've re-entered the game only to find that I have to replay a large chunk to get back to where I was. I get that there's no manual saving (apparently), but its weird to see such a lack of a discussion about how inconvenient this is. I'm thinking that maybe I haven't figured out something that others have...any idea?
Is there some way to save at any other point except for the very beginning of each mission?
>!lone echo always crashes over and over again when I go to the COMM link satellite after you first reboot and have to go after the captain. the odd thing about it is that it only happens when I take out my laser . I tried over and over to restart the game and try again but it consistently crashed over and over again. any help??!<
So on Animajor almost every spectre player buys sabre as first item. Is it better than rushing blademail and farming ancient stacks with it?
For those that donβt know, the OG Echo (501st) has an omega on his basic, stating it does 15% more damage if he has Crit Damage up. While this isnβt a bad omega at all, 501st Echo has no way of getting Crit Damage up by himself, and none of the other 501st members or Shaak Ti can give him it either. Please let me know if Iβm wrong, or if this omega should be changed to something like Potency Up, which Rex gives on his basic. Thank you for reading.
I have been doing some apartment searching in the area and am wondering if anyone here lives at or has lived at Echo North Point?
Reviews online seem pretty good, trying to see if the price is relatively worth it.
Does anyone have experience with this apartment complex?
I have my notifications set and get the alerts as soon as their available, but obviously by the time I open the app and add to cart their out. I spent time today refreshing it for a couple minutes, and was able to get an Obi-Wan and later on Echo in my cart, but when I went to place the order both times it said that the item has been removed.
I know some people have successfully ordered them, but I am having no luck. Iβm pretty new to Black Series so this is the first time Iβve been trying to snag figures online. Is it something I should keep at or am I wasting my time?
