He soon learned that they were not, and that it was indeed a Louisiana outfit, but I digress. What if Earl had made good on his promise to support Johnston's strike against Grant and had arrived on the first day?

Saw on Facebook that the drive through had a sign saying they have closed until further notice. Is this another walk-out situation?
Was planning on meeting someone for lunch and haven't been there since the pandemic. Google has conflicting information, some says it's open and some says it's still temporarily closed. Have any of you been by recently and can confirm either way? Thanks!

The location where the Dairy Sweet was now has the new Dairy Sweet trailer (lemon custard on Tuesday & Wednesday), a funnel cake trailer, and Woosie’s, that specializes in wings, fries, and Philly sandwiches. Occasionally the Tasty trailer or something else is there too. Check it out if you’re hungry!

I noticed thick white smoke just east of where 9th turns into Hwy 2 around Van Dorn St. This was about 8pm tonight (Saturday).
I didn't really look over but I must have hit it just right, because my cabin filled up with the stench -- something between permanent markers and burning plastic. I got a good lungful of it as well. I had to roll all my windows down but it still smells in my car an hour later.
Just figured I'd see if anyone knows what it was?

I finished the Most Dangerous Animal documentary and found the last episode trying to convince viewers EVB couldn’t be the Zodiac, given he was likely out of the country, and other potential evidence being discredited.
However, why wouldn’t Pierucci rule him out to give Gary & others some closure?

Why wouldn’t he share results of the DNA? If it didn’t match, and Pierucci didn’t believe EVB was a suspect, wouldn’t it be better to say that?
It seems to leave the door open for speculation. Maybe there was a match with DNA, and for that reason they don’t want to discuss, or close the book on him as a suspect?
I understand his acknowledgment that they can’t prove the dna they have is from the zodiac, so even if it did match, it may not be proof... but it would be interesting, especially if the overlap was strong/unique?
Any thoughts on why he hedged vs ruling out?
