A list of puns related to "Dutch Top 40"
Jeangu Macrooy was allowed to represent the Netherlands in 2021 after the cancellation of ESC 2020 with βBirth of a New Ageβ. His 2020 submission βGrowβ charted at 29th in week 12 of that year.
British James Newman participated with βEmbersβ, gathering a harsh nul points with both the jury and televoting.
Heβs still a well-known singer-songwriter though, writing for Calvin Harris and Jamesβ brother John Newmanβs hit single βBlameβ which topped the Dutch charts for 2 weeks towards the end of 2014.
James also reached the charts himself for a large part of 2018 with Armin van Buurenβs single βTherapyβ, peaking at number 4 in the Top 40.
Belgiumβs Hooverphonic unfortunately never charted in the Netherlands, but their lead singer Geike Arnaert did, collaborating with Dutch band BlΓΈf in 2017 releasing βZoutelandeβ. It became massive in 2018, spending 10 weeks at nr. 1 in the Top 40, becoming the most popular Dutch song of all time.

I saw an online article about the most popular baby names of 2020 in the city of Utrecht, The Netherlands, and I thought you might like it!
Utrecht is a fairly 'young' and progressive city, so I think these names are a bit ahead of the curve within the Netherlands. There seems to be a lot of overlap with popular American names.
Girls:
Noor (27)
Sara (22)
Julia (20)
Mila (17)
Olivia (17)
Ella (16)
Nina (16)
Anna (15)
Cato (15)
Hannah (15)
Lauren (15)
Nora (15)
Boys:
Noah (29)
Hugo (23)
Otis (22)
Sam (22)
Adam (20)
Mees (20)
Daan (19)
Benjamin (18)
Lucas (18)
Mohammed (18)
Personally, I'm mostly surprised by Ella, Lauren and Otis. I've never met anyone with those names, don't personally know of any baby named those names, and my only association with Otis is the main character in Sex Education.
I'm wondering about how to pronounce Lauren! To me, it seems an American name, but Laura used to be a very popular name and has distinct Dutch pronunciation.
Also interesting that both Noor and Nora are in the girls' top 10. Both have vastly surpassed the 80s/90s variant 'Noortje'.
I looked up how many babies had been born in Utrecht last year: 4 781. That means that 8 percent of the babies have a top 10 name.
What do you guys think?

Introducing DefiSports πβ½οΈβΉοΈ a registered Tech Company aiming at developing an ecosystem that incentivizes athletes and supersedes the current infrastructure.
The Team is Fully Doxxed, and they have huge plans for the future.
Hybrid Platform is launching in MID-NOVEMBER with an Athlete on Board that day as Ambassador, as we will be introducing our Defi Esports Division to the community where the investors would also be able to stake their coins as StakeHolders of the project in the Staking Vault to earn and generate APY's as Passive Incoming from multiple revenues stream in the Platform. This hybrid platform will be the biggest game-changer in the crypto industry, especially in DeFi.
You are still very early to invest in this GEM project, it is not just a Billion Dollar Project but instead several 100 Billion Dollars projects, its focus is very neat and the vision is crystal clear.
The team has managed to achieve several milestones in 4 days, such as CG/CMC listing and getting all logos updated from wallets to listing platforms for charts and data.
The project is growing very well and has managed to raise $5m capital in holdings, previous ATH reaching $7m with aggressive bullish pressure. Many whales are watching from the outside, waiting for the right entry to hit and capitalize the support floor. There are rumors that HUOBI is coming due to BitcoinMan's previous experience with Huobi as Global Operation Director and his influence is wide within the industry. Anything possibly Big is coming, the chat is always hyped by the strong holders and many paper hands have left the opportunity just to buy back at ATH. The Fomo with DefiSports is REAL!!!
**Everyone agrees with having DeFi integrated into the sports industry and DefiSports are already on the mission to achieve with their amazing community which is as great

- Debt Reduced " $65.7bn at the end of the quarter, down from $77.8bn a year ago "
- Signals confidence to investors by increasing dividends as oil prices rise to years high.
- Plans to reduce emissions 20% by 2030 despite the Dutch court requesting a 45% reduction.
"Van Beurden said asking βone companyβ to reduce emissions by 45% when oil industry rivals and EU states plan to achieve only half these reductions over the same period is βnot only unreasonable but doubly ineffectiveβ
- Operational costs did not change despite coronavirus restructuring and asset sales.
The stock is shaping up again as a good dividend stock, especially if you loaded up shares back in 2020. It will be interesting how oil companies restructure as environmental concerns keep rising. Shell also recently bought "ubitricity" a leading European EV charging company; this comes after BP bought "chargemaster" a couple of years earlier.
Hey all! I'm DJ Mark Witz. I'm not a household name or anything, but I've been a steady gigging DJ for many years. I started DJing for fun back in 2001, got my first paid gig that same year, and have held a residency at one or more places since 2004.
I've primarily worked bars and nightclubs where you're expected to play popular music, but have also worked plenty of private events and local festivals over the years. From 2005 to 2010, DJing was my full time work, but it's been part-time with varying levels of commitment the past 10 years.
I started out on vinyl, moved to CDs, then did a hybrid of laptop and CDs, then moved towards using laptops and controllers so I could play music videos at the gigs that could support it.
As I've been at it for a long time, I'm looking to share any knowledge I have with anyone about any aspect of being a gigging DJ.
Let me know what you got!
