Anyone have experience with Falconer's Flight?
I was thinking about brewing a beer similar to 'On the Wings of Armeggedon' which is a great imperial IPA that only uses Falconer's Flight hops. I have a similar grain bill, and figured I'd hop fairly heavy at maybe 60 and 30 to hit that high IBU. I was curious about other hop additions tho, late boil, whirlpool, dry hop? Initially I was planning on adding at least a little hops at all stages to get the full gammut of Falconer's Flight, but I'm not super experienced in this particular hop and was curious if other brewers know how that flavor comes out, and if I should hop earlier or later, or omit any stages to get some good flavor out of it.
