A list of puns related to "Dk Metcalf"
Not even by his own shortcomings but Russell Wilson looked straight awful last night. He was a statue in the pocket, super inaccurate, and DK on multiple occasions had to run back to a moonball pass that Russ was putting up there.
He may be hurt, he may have a shit line, or he may be just be washed (Russell Wilson that is) but the question remains: can DK managers trust him enough for a start? The talent feels like it's there but I just cannot feel good about it.
Yet...DK Metcalf is considered a top 10 dynasty WR and Chase Claypool is considered a non top 25 WR?
Claypool is also 1 year younger and Claypool (6'4", 238 lbs) is also slightly bigger than Metcalf (6'4", 235 lbs) and arguably the more impressive athlete and has two inches in the sausage department on him.
It is true Metcalf had more TDs this year but TDs are not a stat that usually carries over year to year. In fact, Claypool had more TDs the previous year so it is hard to say for sure if that stat is relevant for future years.
>"Everybody's working at it. We're trying to get the ball to him. We've just got to get it done and let him be the player he is. Russ has to do his part and everybody's got to get together." Carroll also mentioned Metcalf's injuries as playing a role in his up-and-down season.
>Metcalf caught just 6-of-12 targets in last week's loss to the Rams and hasn't been on the same page with Russell Wilson since Wilson returned from IR. Even with Seattle looking to get Wilson and Metcalf on track, it's hard to see a Week 16 spike withΒ Tyler Lockett back from the COVID list.
What went wrong this year? Was it just a whole combination of things? Beginning of the season he was putting up great numbers and even when Russ was hurt he was producing, but then I guess things went bad. Was it just Seattles offense in a whole? They havenβt really had a steady run game with injuries. Has Russ just not looked the same since his injury? or was it DK just not playing to level he can? Like I said I didnβt get a chance to really catch a lot of Seahawks games. Iβm still a believer in DK. The talent is insane, but the Seahawks have so many question marks this offseason. How are you guys feeling about the future of DK?
First off.....Merry Christmas to my fellow 12's. Second, I'm guessing a few of you are watching the Packers v Browns. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE knows Davante Adams is going to get the ball. Roger's, Adams, Lafleur, Kevin Stefanski, the Browns D, the fans in the stadium and all of us watching. Yet with all that, he STILL gets the ball. A lot!
My question is why can't Russ find DK in the same fashion? It's a constant struggle to get him the ball. Stafford finds Cupp. Dakota finds Cooper. Kyle finds Hopkins. Brady finds Evans. Can't figure out why our playmakers struggle so much.
All played with Russell Wilson
FF playoffs are officially in motion, weβve had the season to tell ourselves itβs gonna be ok, DK will get βem next game. Unfortunately, with Russ Wilson at the helm heβs been sub par at best. I donβt think I can afford any more low target/point games from him moving forward. Are there any receivers you guys are looking at via the wire or your bench that youβre considering to start over DK or do you just plan on riding this all the way out?
Which side do you prefer
I drafted him early (my 2nd, I think) and he definitely delivered in the first half. But...
His last 3 games:
Its not his fault; Wilson and the Seattle O-line are atrocious. Maybe not drop him, but is there any good reason to play him over a steady mid-floor receiver?
