Rashan Anthony Francis-missing from Dickson City, Pennsylvania since November 6, 2018-"Prior to his disappearance, Francis had made comments indicating he was not of sound mind. He seemed paranoid and thought people were coming after him."

42 year old Rashan Anthony Francis was last seen walking along Business Route 6 in Dickson City, Pennsylvania on November 6, 2018. He has not been seen since and never returned home.

A November 2018 news article reported he was seen at Sugarman's in Eynon and later seen walking along Business Route 6. Sugarman's is a store similar to Walmart or Target and Eynon is approximately 5 miles from Dickson City.

The Charley Project reported that prior to his disappearance, Rashan exhibited paranoia and thought people were coming after him.

The limited information in this post is all we know about Rashan's disappearance. He has a tattoo on his upper arm at the shoulder. If you have any information, please contact the Scranton Police Department at 570-348-4134.

Cities to hang out in along the Pennsylvania turnpike?

Will be driving between Pittsburgh and Philly today on the turnpike. I noticed in my last drive that it was very mountainy (in the East Coast / Midwest sense of the word) and beautiful, and I'd like to explore more.
