In the cosmic disclosure series, and in David’s new book he mentions how a insider contact gave him the stargate address for earth. And that this information has never been revealed before

He wrote Earth’s stargate address 7.5.3.84.70.24.606. The last three digits 606 is the designation for Earth and Mars is 605. That information is also in The Urantia Book or The Earth Book.
Unfortunately this information has been available in the urantia book since the 1950s:
