Simply unreal. How do you expect your partners and content creators to fix the problem if you won't even tell them where the problem is or assist them in finding it?
I saw him on tweeter saying there is no way to back up and stuff like that which is not true. One quick search on google and you would find there are programs that do it.

If anything at the end of the day, someone can be Payed to script and code a whole program that will export all the links of vods (Might already exist). Can also code to download them, but even a simple downloader like JDownloader would scrape all the links and find the VODs to download.
There are also programs that scrape whole sites. Which can be made to have a scripted behavior and only get stuff that are needed and not junk.
All that is needed afterwards is a lot of storage or some big service where the files can be hosted.

Another thing which I don't know if it is possible for twitch, is to ask all the data they have on you and you channel including VOD Links, which might skip the first step of the problem and go straight to the download part.
Example:
Reddit is legally required to provide all the data they have on you if you email them at their legal team or use the link below to request it. This includes everything they have on you since the day you made the account from upvotes to saved and downvoted posts.

#Just as an update the Mods are currently downloading all of the VODs. It will probably take minimum 3-4 days. There is a Live Feed on Discord if anyone wants it. As of now 1111 VODS have been downloaded.
