A list of puns related to "Dallara P217"
Hello guys!
I'm looking for some help with the P2. This February is my first iRacing birthday so the best way to celebrate it is by racing the 24h. I've raced some IMSA's with it, one European so I'm not an expert with this car.
I want to prepare the event, so I would love to fully understand how it works. Usually I just load the setup, maybe increase the TC and race.
So the question is for anyone who loves the car and knows about it. Things like "power steering" or the GAIN - SLIP TC. How does it affect ur driving or what it does. I've searched for info but everyone just show fast laps, where to brake etc. Which brake Bias do you recommend or what do you think I should know before racing the 24h.
Hope you guys get my English and what I'm looking for. Wish you all the best luck for Daytona this month.
Is It possible with fuel saving to make the full 45 mins race without pitting?
Okay - I bought this car today and my biggest regret is not buying it earlier. What an amazing car! Going to run the Watkins 6 hour in this car and will certainly be jumping in for IMSA next season!
I am preparing to race new Dallara P217 and i have few question. I watched onboards on youtube and i want to know what shortcuts on wheel dash stands for.
Slip, EPS, TPS, ENG, GAIN - what stands for this shortcuts and what it will change in car?
Simple question: is the screen in the P217 supposed to be a mirror? If so, I can't figure out how to turn it on. It is always just a blank screen for me. Any suggestions?
I have the 2020 F1 fanatec wheel and the rev limiter is not matching the one in game. when the REV is red line on game. The F1 wheel is showing maybe half. Anyone else with this issue?
Hello guys,
After almost 2 weeks since both cars have been launched, I would like to know what are the feelings of those who have both cars.
I would like to buy one of them and I can't quite decide which one to pick. I want to run the LeMans series and I already have the Ferrari and the RSR.
On Saturday we are hosting a 90 Minute, single driver, mixed class sportscar race at Watkins Glen, the race will include the new Dallara LMP2 and Corvette C8.R as well as 5 of the most popular sports cars on the service within GTE, GT3, and GT4.
The race starts at 17:30 GMT

I've been driving the Dallara today and have done three 'shakedown' races at Oulton Park. Great car! Still understanding it but I'm constantly finding pace in it.
It's incredibly lairy on throttle and there's a bit of understeer, but on the whole, it's very driveable. Lethal on cold tyres though.
Oulton Park is far too small/narrow for 40 car, two class fields though, haha.
I have two GTEs already so I haven't bought the Vette, but I'd be interested in hearing thoughts on it too!
Anyone as some information about where to find this dash?
Thanks
The eSport International Endurance Championship is an all new league with the intent of making events as close to real life like conditions as possible. A live pace car with a live driver, live stewards, full course yellows, generated weather, marbles and anything else that can be implemented. An annual 10 race schedule (a mixture of IMSA, ELMS and WEC), the first season will be 4 to 6 hour races unless participation allows us to go full race lengths of 6 to 24 hours. The first race is scheduled for Saturday February 5th with the green flag dropping at 10am EST/3pm GMT. Cars allowed for participation in this series will be the Dallara P217 and all GT3's minus the Ford (I had to pick one) and will remain this way until if and when the hypercars are released and scanned. Races will be the first Saturday of each month, a full schedule is forthcoming but the first season will also include Sebring, Road America, Watkins Glen, Long Beach, Spa, Monza, Imola, Hungaroring and Le Mans in that order. There will be 2 hour practice sessions on Thursday and Friday from 7pm-9pm EST, subject to change.
Are you the type of driver that likes to win? Are you always looking for ways to improve your skills? Do you always look at the replays of your races to see what you could have done better? Do you want to join a group of like-minded drivers to push for the top step of the podium?
If you answered yes to those questions, we want YOU to join Hat Trick Racing! Hat Trick Racing is a new team that plans to debut at the 2022 24 Hours of Daytona in late January. While we enjoy racing, we find the real fun is in knowing that we gave a race everything we had. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to pushing hard to get to the top step of the podium. Most importantly we are looking for class act drivers. You don't have to be an alien, but we expect you be clean and collected and have a touch of humility if you mess up. We aren't here to point fingers, we are here to process our mistakes, learn from them, and do better the next time.
Hat Trick Racing is founded on the idea of always learning, always improving, and never stopping. We believe in the power of facts and numbers, which is why we rely heavily on data and information. Coaching and mutual growth is foundational to our success as a team, so we want all of our drivers to want to help each other, so being a team player will be crucial to your success in this team.
What is our schedule?
We plan to run most, if not all of the official Special Events for team endurance races. This includes the Daytona 24, Bathurst 12, Sebring 12, Nurburgring 24, Watkins Glen 6, Spa 24, Bathurst 1000, Petit Le Mans, and the Suzuka 10, and of course some type of running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, even if it isn't official. Beyond that we want to support any drivers that choose to run other individual special events, official races, or private leagues.
What are our official cars?
Our officially supported cars will be the Porsche 919 for LMP1, the Dallara P217 for LMP2, Porsche 911 RSR for GTE, Porsche 911 GT3 R for GT3, Porsche 718 Cayman for GT4, and Audi RS3 for TCR. We will also officially support the Dallara IR18 for Indycar, the Ford Mustang GT in V8 Supercars, and all Ford cars in any of the NASCAR series. Beyond that we will have varying support depending on what car and series it is.
Driver requirements
Hi all!
Im looking to find some people to do team races with, im keen on driving the mercedes GT3, BMW M4 GT3, BMW M8 GTE or the Dallara p217, so i can adapt to any of those options.
My irating is ~1300, but this is mainly since i dumped my irating to quickly gain safety rating, which obviously was not worth it. But im trying to gain it back, i usually qualify top 5 in my split.
I live in the netherlands in the CET timezone.
If anyone has a community they'd want me to join or would just like to have a shot at some team races let me know in the comments
Hey there! We here at Arcadian Motorsports are looking for some drivers over 2000 iRating who are looking to do the special events coming in 2022. We are looking for people who like primarily drive the Dallara P217 LMP2, and looking to win! For races where other cars are required, we'd decide what to run as a team.
Our team is sponsored by Buttkicker, Maconi Setup Shop, MrWillyP Designs, and Raze Energy. We've run in a few different seriesΒ including the Racing Sim Seats American Series, Rebels Racing League, and the Elite Racing league.
We hope to hear from you soon so we can prepare for the coming 2022 season, it should be fun!
