A list of puns related to "Daily Graphic"
I have a beefier gaming laptop and a smaller Ryzen laptop and I'm always using the smaller laptop even though it's less powerful because how great Wayland session runs on integrated graphics on triple-monitor setup without a hitch and smooth performance. So far I think the only thing annoying me is windows not remembering their position and lack of a baked-in screen recorder like Spectacle for screenshots. Hoping that 2022 is definitely the year where x11 session is no longer needed.
Hi once again friends,
Trying to sort out all my options on ThinkPads and have gotten lost in the much of trying to figure out what my options are.
I've researched the T570, T560, and T580. Of those only the T580 comes with a quad core CPU and is still super expensive or at least all the models I have found are.
Someone on the sub recommended me the P1 which meets my needs but I don't know what model of P1 to get.
I know about the W series but don't know if any of them lack Nvidia GPUs like I want. (Only Intel and AMD graphics are supported on OpenBSD- no open source or closed source Nvidia driver available)
I've also heard about these X1 Carbon models that are supposed to be built like a rock because of the carbon fiber, but in my Sunday afternoon search I find them all to be 14in laptops and I don't know if I can stand a display that small. My current Chromebook has a 15.6 inch display and that is as small as I really want to go.
Any advice for me? Thanks so much in advance for stearing me on the right path. This subreddit has some smart people on it!
Hey all,
Seems like Patagonia has stopped making these for now? I'm looking for some cool designs as I love the way this shirt fits on me.
I can rock mediums, but lean towards Larges if I have a choice.
Specifically looking for the Cosmic Peaks design, an old post from a user on here had it (https://imgur.com/m4ZBfte) This is their old link.
I nearly just donated to a "charity" on Facebook who used a picture of a dog with an enormous tumour in its mouth, however noticed they didn't provide any information about the total cost needed for surgery or how much had been raised so far. It looked really suss.
Looking into it further, they seem to use extreme photos of deformed babies, children and animals to raise money, but provide no information about where the children/animals are located, the names of the hospitals or shelters, no follow-up on their treatment, money raised etc. When people ask questions, they get the same generic response "we care for the sickest children and animals, many overseas, the surgeon/vet doesn't yet know the total cost of treatment because the disease is severe... etc etc". In their facebook reviews, several people have shown that they were blocked when they called them out: https://www.facebook.com/JesusDaily/reviews/?ref=page_internal
I just posted a comment asking for the exact location of the dog with the tumour, the name of the vet clinic and shelter, I will happily donate or even pay for the entire surgery if I can deal with the place directly but not just blindly donate to what is obviously a scam.
There is another reddit about this where people seem to have done a lot of digging, but it has been archieved and no new comments are allowed: https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/comments/jsd4tf/is_this_facebook_group_jesus_daily_scamming/
Anyway, I have just reported this place via https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ and i'd suggest anyone else looking into this does too.... This place needs to be properly investigated and shut down.
I want to know which series of dell (except the rugged series) has the longest lifespan and the also the series with least overheating as that could reduce the lifespan. Tell me the exact model like latitude 3420,etc. Also i will be using this lappy for graphic designing daily so any chances of lasting 7+ years? The specs are i5 and any ssd ddr4 ram. I am talking about the newer dells
I know this has been said many times before, and I don't claim to understand the dark magic going on, but it really does help.
For longest time figured I wouldnt push past high quality for graphics setting given my medium system. Tested and compared cpu/ram usage today from high to very high, and both dropped from near 100% to 70-80%. Clouds setting maybe different game, but always worth playing around with.
