A list of puns related to "Daihatsu Charade"
Iβm on a budget here, so I would like to know if these cars are any good. Whyβre these vehicles like so cheap? There has to be a catch. These 3-6 lac prices seem too good to be true. Please enlighten me

Gday, I have a Daihatsu charade that Iβm doing a full engine rebuild on with good interior/exterior and around 189,000kms on the dial (in Australia.) I was wondering if anyone had an idea for how much one of these cars would go for and if itβs worth treating it decently. [there are photos of my car is my older posts]
This is not mine because were I live, I have not found shitty car mods. I am sorry if you have seen this before. I have not seen any duplicates. I do not own this pic and don't say I do. I just think it is a shitty car mod

I drive a 1999 Daihatsu Charade.
Two days ago, after an hour drive on the highway, I noticed the engine thermometer had gone up to max and steam was coming out of the hood. The cap of the coolant container had popped off due to the pressure, which explains the latter. I filled it back up, but the same thing happened. Since this started, the car has also begun revving up and down when the clutch is pressed or when the car is in neutral. For the remainder of the trip I had to let the car cool down 15 minutes with the hood open for about every 10 minutes of driving.
I recently changed the battery but haven't done anything else.
Anyone who knows what the issue might be and how to fix it?
Does anybody know what are good suspension options for a Daihatsu g200. I am searching for coilovers or new schocks and springs but options are limited. So my question is does anybody know some good options?
They're very cheap, is reliability reflected upon the price point? I can find a 1997 Charade for a mere $1000 with 180,000 km done but in sound condition otherwise. This would be my first car but I can do most replacements and repairs myself. I was thinking since they're a parent company of Toyota, they would have similar reliability?
Hi! I get my license next week and my grandparents are letting me borrow a their Daihatsu until I buy my own car. However I'm interested in modding it a little for better driving etc. What do you say a reasonable offer would be? Car has 260xxx KM, oil leak, been in a light collision, and has a crunchy gearbox. I'm thinking somewhere around $1000 AUD. What are you thoughts on this? Thank you!
