Hey y'all, I don't have much of a local fiber community so I want to share this with people who appreciate it!
I went to a summer arts camp to do a spinning demo today; kids were 8-13. I was asking them if they know what kinds of animals we get fibers from, and the kids said sheep! Goats! Then one boy, probably 10-11 years old, said "Cows?" I wasn't sure so I said maybe (turns out some people do spin Highland cow hair). Two more kids said alpaca! Llama! Then, the same boy who said cows raised his hand again and said, "Vicuña?" I was flabbergasted! Kids are amazing!
Is there any subliminal for becoming a cute nerd? Like give off really nerdy but cute vibes for a boy? I can’t find any at all :( at least is there somewhere I can request this??
