How to level the subfloor? How to level the subfloor? Second floor BR. Left side (where joist is 1.5 inches above level) is the center of the room (extension past that) basically have a big crown in the center of the room that isn’t because of a single joist. Shaving off would be a lot for joists.

Hey I was wondering if anyone has cooked this, it’s my first time and I’m wondering the temp to cook this at? I don’t see anything that has a meat center, wondering how to get them both cooked at a good temp before seeing as ground meats are 160 and a rack at medium is 140.
Any help would be appreciated.

Turned part. Parting tool is leaving a Burr? Crown? as I make some spacers. The tool/tool post is perpendicular to the part. I tried to to put an ever so sight angle on the cutting edge so the tool breaks thru to the center hole on the released side first. Thoughts?
