On the surface this sounds like a good thing - the removal of the confusing and arbitrary COVID restriction tiers! However instead of reverting to normal, the county is instead leaving the restrictions in place indefinitely. It's somewhat like a parent saying "instead of only being grounded because you didn't do your homework, you're now grounded forever." This is so depressing.
