A list of puns related to "Construction Valentine"
So, I bought one of those red hearts from the rotary club for my SO. I created an elaborate scavenger hunt that would end at the heart on Queen St. Well one day I passed by - the heart AND the entire pole was gone. Construction cones all around and a few other poles and hearts missing. I searched all around to see if it was moved. I absolutely could not find it. I contacted the rotary club, they were just as surprised as I was. They had no idea. Yesterday they sent an email out to all of us whose hearts went missing saying they will try and find them. I hadnβt heard anything so I emailed them. The response was βNo, I think benchmark is the construction company and they are responsible for contacting ppl. I did have a wild nightmare last night about them though! Sorryβ. Which made me sad because itβs too late to fix the scavenger hunt, and will end on a goofy story of how the heart went missing, but mostly a complete loss of $40. As it doesnβt seem like they will be making replacements or giving refunds. If anyone had any clue where those poles, and hearts might be, please let me know. Iβd at least like to have it as a token of this wild ride, and mess of a scavenger hunt.

I gave the father of the house him and his sons are building right outside of valentine and he told me to come back for the money when he sells it. When do I go back, cause I gave him money before completely forgot and never saw no return or nothing. Whatβs the plan with that shit?
What is everyoneβs stipulation on these under construction buildings? The one in Valentine across from the stables, and the one in Annesburg on the north end of the town. What kind of new shop could they put in these buildings? We know rockstar is known for adding things to their open worlds.
I also noticed that I found the exact spot where the trappers camp is west of Valentine. Everything is there itβs just missing the trapper.
Another thing I noticed after the update is the small farm to the west of emerald ranch with the corn fields, the place that spawns a bull and a mule...the wooden fence around it is now dilapidated and the bull now can be found outside of the fence. It always used to spawn inside the fence. Could be that the place is vacated and needs new owners and it could be us.
Hey y'all,
So I had stepped in to intervene when that father was getting extorted for money and then shot at on his property near Valentine, and later when I went to check with him he said he needed help getting lumber for his home construction and asked if I could retrieve some from Appleseed Timber Co. in West Elizabeth. Anyways, I headed over there and went to talk to the foreman and he immediately asked if I had any provisions I could sell to him, which I did. Admittedly I was a bit zoned out here but afterwards he didn't say anything about selling lumber to me and when I walked around the camp there was no carts loaded with lumber and horses attached available for me to steal. Any ideas how I'm supposed to proceed here?

Background
Omerund the gnome has lived in the town of Iazu for decades, putting his artificer skills to use as the owner and operator of Omerund's Toys and Tinkerings, a toyshop where he works with his two long-time assistants. Weeks ago, Omerund unveiled his latest, much-anticipated creation: the life-sized toy soldiers. The toy soldiers of painted wood and metal would dance, sing, and fight each other for the amusement of onlookers, and could also serve as personal bodyguards or unpaid house servants. Unfortunately, Omerund's public unveiling of his constructs went horribly wrong when one of the toy soldiers broke protocol and randomly attacked a bystander during its performance. Though the bystander was not seriously injured, Omerund and his assistants were forced to battle and eventually restrain the construct to the boos and jeers of the crowd.
Convinced that the town had turned against him, Omerund retreated to this shop with his assistants and began to ruminate on his misfortune. After many days of panicked anxiety, Omerund decided win back the public through a plot with disastrous consequences β he would brew a

I've always been fascinated by the pulp side of Fallout lore. As such, I decided to compile a list of every known paranormal and alien event in the games. This list will contain both verifiable events (those witnessed by the player character) and any significant references to otherworldly entities. It will not contain events or individuals whose abilities are explained in-game by the science of Fallout, such as the Master possessing psychic abilities due to experimentation. These events are listed in chronological order.
I believe I've covered everything, but if I missed something feel free to let me know in the comments so I can update the list. Thank you and enjoy!
Editing note: After several suggestions, some debate, and serious consideration on my part, I've decided to include in this list every "special" encounter in Fallout and Fallout 2. Despite their questionable canon status, these events may or may not be encountered in the base vanilla game by all player characters (the ability to access them is a dice roll of your Luck stat, meaning even a Luck 1 protagonist has a small chance of encountering them), placing them in the same category as other, more "realistic" random encounters in Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 such as Downed Chinese Pilot (Fallout 3) or Two Faces, One Synth (Fallout 4). Whether you regard them as canon is a purely personal choice until further revelations from dev sources.
I will also be including the Mysterious Stranger due to his canon case file from Fallout 4 in Nick Valentine's office. However, I will not consider evidence of the player character witnessing him or Miss Fortune as canon evidence of their appearances, as unlike the special encounters above, their presence requires a perk selection and may not be encountered by all player characters.
I will not be adding any events that occur as a result of taking the Wild Wasteland trait in Fallout: New Vegas for the same reasons as above and because the game clearly warns the player this results in "silly" events and can change aspects of the base vanilla game, which should be taken as canon when possible.
There's pretty clear video/photos of the suspect. The suspect's voice was even recorded by the victims. I have to think that they weren't chosen at random either; this person stalked the two girls enough, IMO, to get an idea of their routines; to know it was 'safe' to get them when and where they did. I do not believe it was a crime of chance - I think this person selected these girls, selected the area, knew they'd be alone and also knew it was a relatively isolated area. Which to me suggests someone they might have known, perhaps even at the most casual level.
It's been 4 years - how are there no strong leads? How does this remain unsolved in this day and age when the perp was literally caught on a smartphone?
"Four years ago, two Indiana girls went for a walk in the woods on a warm February day.
Abigail Williams, 13, and Liberty German, 14, never returned to a prearranged pickup spot after their walk on the Delphi Historic Trails on the afternoon of Feb. 13, 2017.
Searchers found their bodies the next morning β Valentine's Day β in a wooded area not far from the Monon High Bridge, which they had visited the day before, according to evidence from the crime.
The girls' slayings as well as the blizzard of news coverage, social media speculation and bits of chilling evidence released in the case, have tormented and captivated Hoosiers and other Americans even this many years after the crimes.
'Like it happened yesterday':Four years later, family reflects on murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German
There have been no arrests in the case. Several persons of interest have garnered some media interest over the years, but police later dismissed them as suspects.
Police officers and family members also have complained about the rampant rumors that have circulated in the case as well as the side-by-side photos comparing actual persons to the police sketches that some people have posted on social media sites, saying such speculation doesn't help the investigation and can be harmful to others.
Social media groups dedicated to the case have speculated for years about how the girls were killed, but that information has never been publicly released.

Shorter, more specific events with compelling actors are better. In essence, instead of "American Revolution", a more exciting suggestion might be "Paul Revere's Ride" or "The Boston Tea Party".
I will update the list as suggestions come in. Thank you everyone!
