Yessss I spend all my flux on my shadow sword and with 1 hour on the sky realm
I don't think the loot collect level 5 shadow gear and getting Penta forged shadow soul is worth it it's way better to buy them from the player marketplace and I spend the other half of my flux on purfying dragon flames I ran out of flux to buy the radiant shards so I had to go to sky realm and farm radiant shards blah blah blah and I got a radiant gear

Was diagnosed mid-October at 11.6 and today I had a test that came back at 5.2

Writer's note: Welcome back everyone, Happy MLK day. Arc 3 begins.....NOW!

The first few days of the journey to the capital were uneventful for James and the group. On the second day they arrived at Portview. James hadn't gotten to see too much of the place the last time they'd been here. He'd been busy trying to heal up, and too preoccupied watching over Amina, to get out of the healer's home. But now that they were both back on their feet, James found that he liked the small lumber town.

When they arrived one of the children playing outside ran into town letting everyone know that they'd returned. Within minutes the townsfolk had stopped what they were doing and had gathered around the party. They gave the drakes a wide berth, but as soon as James and Amina hopped off Steve's back they were mobbed by townsfolk.

Word had spread quickly about what had happened the last time they were here. Almost a dozen people had gone missing from Portview due to the Grabber Clan's activities. The people of the town hadn't known what was happening, and attempts to find the missing people had come up with nothing. But in the aftermath of the battle remains, and belongings had been found that had finally given the town closure on its missing citizens.

The town mayor and a few of its other wealthy parties put together a banquet in honor of the members of the party. Several of the families in town even offered to put them up for the night, though they politely declined in favor of staying at the town's Tavern.

A large bonfire was lit, tables were lined up in a circle around it, and several large beasts were skewered and began roasting. The tavern, a small place called the Axeman's Alehouse brought out several large casks of, go figure, Ale. A small troupe of musicians took up instruments and began playing.

Amina, ever the princess, raised a toast to the people of the town for taking them in, as well as the members of the guard that had taken up residence afterwards. She also raised a toast to the town healer, thanking him for saving their lives. Kela chimed in to add her thanks and congratulations. James just sat back and watched the two of them be the leaders that he knew they were. They

I’m 32, I’ve been pregnant 2 times before and I miscarried 2 times. The last one this recent as September 2021. You’d have to imagine my surprise when I found out I was pregnant just a week ago and I’m 7 weeks pregnant. The morning sickness, I’ve never experienced this. Even with the other ones. To be honest, I’m struggling and burping all day and can’t eat or poop but I am pregnant and I’m excited. My family isn’t really excited for me, I’m the last of my siblings to have children. My friends won’t be excited, I don’t have too many friends with children…as a matter of fact, all of my friends older than 35 don’t have children yet. Anyway, I’m happy but I want to share this exciting news with someone.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

A feeling of already experiencing the present situation.

“A feeling of Déjà vu”

I suppose you could call it that.

There’s no other word I can use to describe the sensation. It was like waking up from a trance; waves of crushing water knocking the breath from my lungs, bringing along the realization that I’d already been through this. What I was seeing—what was blurred in my vision – was red. It was dripping, wet and cold on my skin, staining the tips of my fingers. When I risked a look down, it was spattered on the smooth white porcelain of the faucet—droplets spotting the ground at my feet. It was the most mesmerizing shade, one that I could barely believe existed. I love all shades of red. They each bare a part of me, bringing me back to memories of my childhood, of sticky candy apples glued to a stick and paint staining the tips of my fingers. This one wasn’t quite candy-apple red, or even fingerpaint red.

The color was sharp, attacking my senses and sending them into overdrive. I took two steady breaths and held out my palms in front of me, staring down at gory decoration that could be likened to a surgeon’s gloves mid-operation. I wasn’t wearing gloves though. In my rush I’d stupidly forgotten to put them on.  So my hands had paid the price. The girl’s bathroom had momentarily become my own personal canvas in my trance and I was starting to realize I’d made a mistake. Maybe even a suspension level mistake. I wasn’t thinking about the possibility of getting suspended, or anything trivial, really.

I was thinking about how familiar the red had felt on my hands. Like it had been there before—and in that so-called before it hadn’t been quite so cold, dancing across my fingertips.

I could feel it, practically sense it. The red had been warm.

It had felt so real, almost like it belonged, like it was part of me, slicking my palms sticky and wet.

I didn’t hear the door to the girl’s bathroom open.

If I did, I might have had a chance to try ducking into a stall. Instead, I was staring down at the faucet filled to the brim in front of me—red tinged water lapping around sparkling porcelain. I had to wash off the red—that was my first thought. I had to get it off my hands, and fast. And yet, my body was still frozen. Part of me liked the way it painted me. I was its canvas. I've been trying to write about this concept for so long, I've honestly no idea where to start. I figure asking around might help, so here goes

So, most of us are familiar with the Donkey Kong Country series. Diddy and Donkey Kong taking on King K. Rool's army with Cranky, Funky and Candy in tow, all offering unique perspectives and services to help you out. Cue Donkey Kong Land, for lack of a better term, a tech demo. NONE of these characters appear, and the game boils down to pass some levels, beat bosses and win yay. Without the support cast, there's no...personality. The world feels quiet. You just go through the motions and win. Congratulations.

Conversely, the original Pokemon games have The Power Plant and Cerulean Cave, no one is around to talk to, so you get these empty shells of stages that give off a sense of foreboding. Coupled with the Pokemon screeches at the end, both Zapdos and Mewtwo give you a sense of danger you can't escape from, and a darkness that no one but you will stand up to.

Hello there my wonderful children, my underrated [FRESH] family, here we are at last! The 28th and final installment of Underrated [FRESH] Threads!

I didn’t expect us to go this far, but I’m so glad that we did. I never had a set plan for when I was going to end this series but after missing a month while hosting the East Asian Pop Royalty Rate I never got back into the groove of it and seeing as there are some big changes in my life coming up I figured the new year was as good a time as any to close this chapter of popheads history.

I started this series because I wanted to provide a space for users to just talk about music they felt was slipping under the radar, and while we've never been the most popular I think we accomplished that. Gathering these songs, doing these write-ups, hearing everyone's thoughts, even making those stupid playlist covers, it was all something I really looked forwards to every month but also it was a decent amount of work so now I get to rest lol

Even if I didn't love every song posted here I love that someone felt the need to share it, and speaking about something you love is always worth it no matter what the end goal is. I appreciate everyone who's participated over the years, I’m too shy to name drop names but to those regular participants, I see you and I thank you for sharing this experience and this music with me.
