What a positively exhausting yet sometimes enriching field to be in.
How do you evaluate the performance of your dosimetrists? How do you know if they are producing quality plans at a level acceptable to physicians and physicists?
Curious if there are any examples out there that we can try.
Anonymous survey to physicians and/or physicists? Test cases that each dosimetrist must plan, given on an annual basis? Peer review of plans by other dosimetrists with some scoring rubric?
We've had a couple physicians come and say they don't like having a certain dosimetrist do their plans, so we are trying to come up with a way to do a more objective evaluation.
My CNA license is expiring soon, I last took the CNA exam 2-3 years ago. And I wanted to refresh my memory.
What are some resources where I can find some study guides or just useful test questions for exam?
Is there any place in San Diego where I can pick up a booklet for the skills portion for that matter? Or anything else?
