Overall, the people behind Algorand have done a decent job listening to community and providing updates so far. For example, the Foundation recently adjusted the dates for Governance Period #2 based on general feedback. However, several major milestones for the network that have been slated for the Q4 2021 have not been confirm or even updated.

These are major and likely complex steps for Algorand, but the community should at least have an update to set expectations. If members of the team can discuss topics like CBDC or TPS on a twitter AMA, they can at least officially explain if these updates can be expected in a week, month or quarter from now.

For example, the TPS upgrades are designed to take the network from an initial 1,000 TPS to a total of 46,000 TPS in gradual stages (1,000 to 10,000 to 25,000 etc.). No date has been confirmed for even the first stage of the TPS upgrades, and the network still sits at the initial 1,000 TPS.

To include the community and maintain momentum, the Foundation should provide an update and roadmap on promised topics including TPS Upgrades, CBDCs, State Proofs etc. While challenging and groundbreaking milestones, at least an acknowledgement or general timeline would go a long way as we head into 2022. Thoughts on this?

FACT 1, from on-chain data vendor report: "Cardano’s free float increased 907M ADA in Q3 2021, a significant increase from Q2, but lower than Q1’s record free float supply quarterly increase of 1.4B ADA. The majority of this quarter’s increase was the result of ADA from foundation controlled addresses into more liquid markets (690M). A further 208M was added to the free float from proof of stake emissions. "

The Cardano Foundation still holds these coins. They just moved them to more liquid markets.

QUESTION: what are more liquid markets?

I remember from part news articles that the Cardano Foundation or IOHK, made a deal with liquid market makers.

The deal The Cardano Foundation made should be made public and not hidden like Company Board of directors do. This is blockchain.

FACT 3: +70% are constantly staking. But the ADA market is decreasing for + 3 month now.

QUESTIONS:

• what is Algoz doing with these ADA coins that they borrow from the Cardano Foundation?
• Is Algoz just providing liquidity between crypto exchanges in ADA at the same moment in time?

On-chain activity shows that again in Q4, the Cardano Foundation probably moved again large amount of ADA's. Maybe again to more liquid markets, again to Algoz...
