A list of puns related to "Common Log Format"
Using Cloudflare as an example, what are the true benefits of altering the Apache log format to include X-Forwarded-For? The server web statistics like AWStats will only analyze the times the CDN cannot service a request on its own. I can get more accurate traffic reporting through Cloudflare Analytics. So why not just leave the default combined log format? Can someone help me understand or give an estimate on what percentage of small-mid size websites go through the effort of altering the default log format? Thank you! I am new to this all.

Iβm newer to learning about log settings, and I know what it does, but I wanted to know if most movies use it, because I couldnβt really find the answer anywhere else.
Hey,
I'm doing ZVOLs for LIO iSCSI target to use with ESXi initiator. Got the problem outlined in a few places about "underlying block size" being unsupported (ESXi 7 will only use 512n
, 512e
or 4kn
).
These people discuss it in the context of FreeNAS: https://logic.edchen.org/how-to-disable-physical-sector-size-reporting-on-iscsi-extent-of-freenas/
. . . but there's no "Disable Physical Block Size Reporting
" option in LIO like there is in FreeNAS, so kind of not sure what to do
The closest analogy I've found is in targetcli /backstores/block/dev-zd0
there's the attributes
settings, one of which is block_size=512
- but it's already set to 512 (I can't change it anyway, it won't let me).
I tried making the zvol with -o volblocksize=4096
but zfs gives me fun messages like,
# zfs create -V 1T -s -o compress=zstd -o volblocksize=4K susepool0/vol
s/vmfspool0
Warning: volblocksize (4096) is less than the default minimum block size (8192).
To reduce wasted space a volblocksize of 8192 is recommended.
Basically I think this means it's going to use up a ton of extra space it doesn't need to. Probs would be worse if I were using RaidZ2 or something, so not too worried, but wishing I had used ashift=9
in retrospect now (thinking that might be why I can't adjust targetcli's set attributes block_size=4096
now, while other people have said it is possible).
I could always try and use a /backstores/fileio
on top of the zvol, but seems kind of lame, iSCSI's already complicated enough without adding even more things that can (will?) take a shit.
BTW, my setup:
Opensuse leap 15.3 amd64
zfs 2.1.2
LSI 9211-8i + Optane 800p log (16G part of 108G NVMe)
4 x 4TB HGST 7K4000 striped mirror (Raidz-10)
physical sector type = 512n
pool created w/ ashift=12 (4096)

Do you think we will get new archetypes that are all commons? Reprints of certain staples and extra deck monsters as commons?
Hi there, Im in the middle of applying for my fiancΓ© to enter the U.S through a K1-Visa. Our native language is Arabic, which is why all our chats are in Arabic. I am translating them to English, but need help knowing which format I should do it in. If anyone has examples of formats or advice please let me know! Thank you!
So I'm working on my project and my setting has animals in it, like everywhere. I'm making a like "complete animal compendium" that being five animals from a specific planet. I'm looking for suggestions on what to write about each animal, I have basics like "diet, habitat, and a picture" but I also have like "reproductive and effects on society" but I'm wondering A. if you think I should put more animals per planet, or B. if I'm missing something in my descriptions on the animals. feel free to drop suggestions.
I've found an answer on Quora that cinemas use DCPs but can they play videos other than that?
For example someone wants to do a private schedule to show a family video, presentation, maybe even a proposal at a cinema or even stream a gaming tournament
Still looking for an answer I previously asked here https://reddit.com/r/NoStupidQuestions/comments/rp1dl6/can_you_play_common_video_formats_mp4mkv_on_movie/
Edit: I previously asked a local mall movie cinema during covid lockdown if I could rent a cinema. They refused to rent it but also had explained to me the technical requirements such as the video format and quality to show on the cinema and they use a specialized equipment to show the movies and I can't just use my own mkv/mp4s and that the file size have to be at the terabytes to just show a legible movie at the cinema. They also said many also tried to do what I did on the same mall but other branches and still didn't allow them. It was worth a shot but sadly it didn't go as I hoped.

Enter Pauper...a format I'm obsessed with, that only allows common cards. It's pretty niche, but luckily near me Pandemonium runs Pauper tournaments every Thursday night at 6:45 PM. I'm always evangelizing it and trying to get more folks into it! I always bring extra decks to lend out (the format's cheap enough that I have like 20-ish!) Masks and vaccine cards are required...they're pretty responsible about safety measures. If you wanna borrow a deck, just shoot me a PM! Hope to see you there if you're interested.

It just happens with Nexus 2 presets
Is there an equivalent of cl's format specifiers in emacs lisp?
I haven't found anything like `cl-format` in `cl-lib`?
Is this just not implemented or is it planned to be done at some point?
I had a few minutes where, I could no longer ping my router, wifi and internet stopped working and then it just came back with no explanation !
I was wondering what happenned, as it is usually rock solid ! But I was having guests and this was kind of egg on man face as I often preach how great my openwrt router is !
So I had a look at the logs and noticed some strange messages. I don't know if they happen all the time on my router but ultimately I could not determine the cause of the service interruption or whether my router was in cause.

ok so what im looking to accomplish here is :
i want to apply condition formatting for dates on a sales log; basically the format should always refer to the current date, and once past a certain threshold like 5 days turn orange, after 7 days red. Id like to be able to monitor the last check in's with clients through a sales team based on the last date input into a google sheet. im stumped :(
Do they take into context whatβs being discussed/asked or do they blanket ban? Because I see 30 of the same βI won so and so challengeβ pictures thatβs fine staying up but gosh forbid I post a picture of a champions chest asking if itβs better to open now or wait till lvl 14 or I post a picture of a specific battle but itβs prompting a discussion it gets taken down because itβs βlow qualityβ and pictures of my chest slots or battle log without taking the context of it into consideration. What is the process for amending the rules of the sub?
Guys, I have worked on my essays in google docs. When I pasted it from there to the common app, the paragraph breaks seem to be too huge when I previewed it. However, when I added no empty space between paragraphs in the common app, it seemed perfectly fine in the preview version. Anyone faced this? Also, do the admission officers see the preview versions of our applications? If they see the preview version, then I think it should be fine? What do you guys suggest/think?
