What do u guys want to see buff, nerf, rework? :)
Plenty of other games release roadmaps of their future implementation plans/goals for the month/quarter - one such example is Duel Links, where Konami regularly informs players of upcoming events for the near future.
We have had radio silence for the past few months. New 2As? 7.0? Bugs/errors caused by new updates? Long overdue balance changes (JoJo and Trinity's type mismatch, for one)? And it seems that (at least here) a good amount of people didn't want new monsters.
I'm not saying that Com2Us isn't working on it, but for all we know they could have forgotten or abandoned some of the content we were expecting. Without that transparency, we're in the dark and it makes a lot of players anxious. I am not asking for a detailed explanation of each of their dev teams' inner workings, I just want more communication with the community in terms of the future.
How do you feel? Are you satisfied/unsatisfied with the amount of information we get?

This year has been pretty good with content and I understand the whole covid issue and hindrance of work as we were supposed to be at 7.0 by the end of the year if I recall and cant wait to see what next year or future updates will bring.
I really wanna see World boss updated in terms of better grade drops. Tired of seeing white runes from double and triple S grades.
I really hope to see more 2v2 events and updates and etc.(was hoping for a 2v2 SL)
I know this will make peeps mad but I wand Vio runes to be nerfed down to 8% proc chance opposed to the 20% or just change vio runes in guild content entirely similar to RTA.

Most of you are aware of the glitch that occurred which allowed some users in the western server to obtain the diamond pack from the 7 day tasks event multiple times, or you may have seen posts on the sub discussing the same issues. The mod team has created this post to combine what we know so far and be used as a one stop thread for the issue in order to better consolidate the varying posts with similar content.
What we know so far:
There was a bug/glitch in the MLB 9 Innings coding which allowed the players on day 7 of the 7 day tasks event to get the diamond pack multiple times, instead of the single "Diamond Pack x1" described in the original event details notice. Some users went as far as obtaining hundreds of packs. The faulty coding was later fixed so that users couldn't get extra diamond packs, and sometime after, the servers were taken offline for maintenance. As compensation for the game being offline for almost 4 hours on Saturday, a Diamond Pack and a Premium Skill Change Ticket was given to all users.
Following server maintenance, Diamond Packs were removed from playerβs inventories, and users who both exploited the glitch and opened diamond packs while the glitch was active received 7 day bans. Before proceeding further, please keep in mind that as per the Com2uS Terms of Service (modified most recently on 07/06, with the changes being available in the in-game News > Com2uS Game Service Operation Policy Revision Notice), according to Clause 6 'Your responsibility in using service,' we are not allowed to exploit, distribute, or publicly inform other members of any game error, miscue, or bug which provides an unintended advantage.
Note: Many posts discussing the glitch and its exploit (especially while the exploit was still active) were removed from the sub based on these wordings and pursuant to Rule 6 of the subreddit. Posts discussing the aftermath of the glitch have been allowed and are being moderated keeping Rule 1 in mind (though some of these posts may be locked soon to facilitate civil conversation and move the discussion to this thread).
Hello everyone, for those of you that don't know me, I'm a content creator on YouTube that makes videos on various games including MLB 9 Innings 21. Recently, I partnered with Com2us to do a weekly live stream on their channel to play the game. By now you probably have heard about the special mission event unlimited diamond pack glitch that took place this weekend and there has been a huge uproar from the community. I am with the community on this and support you all 100%. I released a video today on my channel regarding my thoughts on the issue and that I would not be doing the partnered live stream nor doing any video or live streams of the game on my main channel this week. By the way, this video was recorded and uploaded before I met with them and wrote this post. So in place of the live stream that I would have done tonight, I had a meeting with the production team at Com2us that I have been working with for the past few months. I shared my thoughts and shared your guys' thoughts with them and also got information in regards to what is going on right now. I'm going to share with you what I know and took from this meeting. Just to put this out there, the meeting did not involve the devs or any personnel that have a say in the final decisions that are made for the game, so I don't have every single detail. Also, some of the stuff in this post is speculation from the Com2us personnel and what they think will happen, and nothing in here is considered 100% confirmed or final, especially as there are decisions that haven't been made yet by HQ. All thoughts and opinions are my own and not on the company's behalf and I was not told what to say whatsoever, this is 100% me and how I feel. So, to start off I can confirm after talking to them that the 7-day bans for the accounts were so they can go and fix the ones affected by the glitch and return the team to the state it was in before the diamond packs and cards were opened and used. They have talked about this in their notices in the past 24 hours. The bans aren't apparently due to a violation of the terms and service from how I understood it. They are manually going back to fix each account and the bans are there so they can do that. They originally were going to roll back the servers before the bug star

We need a way to let our friends and guildmates test our Arena Defense and give us feedback. Testing against yourself is awkward, especially if your AD and AO share some units. It would also be good to get an outsiders perspective on from attacking with their own AOs.
If we are going to be serious about inter-server battles, we should have the tools to really figure out how our teams are working in advance.
This is a bit of a shit post, but I just wanted to say thank you to Com2uS.
A little bit about me, I played summoners war since early 2015 and was an endgame player who spent a decent amount of money on this game. Iβm sure no one remembers me, but I used to make a bit of YouTube/stream content about my progression in this game back in the day, and in 2020, I achieved most of my goals and finished legend and got to guardian in RTA.
Last year, my account was hacked and apparently botted on while it was compromised. I managed to recover my account because I had a lot of information about it, since Iβve had the account since 2015. However, about a month after I got my account back, when I tried to login, I received a notification from Com2uS that I was permanently banned due to use of third-party programs. I contacted Com2uS and asked them to unban me and revert my account back to the date before it was hacked. When I received a response though, they said there was no proof that I was hacked and could not unban me for using these βprograms βwhich I never used, which is weird because I contacted them earlier when I needed help recovering my account.
Iβm sure I could have tried harder to get unbanned, because I had a lot invested in my account, but I gave up and decided to finally have a life again, with sunken cost and time fallacy out of my mind. Since I achieved almost all of my goals in this game, the end, end game is just permanent endless grinding and Iβm glad Com2uS decided to ban me when they did.
It has been just over a year now since Iβve been banned and Iβve got to say, Iβve been enjoying life more than ever without playing and spending money on summoners war. So I just wanted to say in this shitpost, thank you for freeing me from this game and giving me a life again Com2uS. Thank you everyone for reading my story and happy holidays!

I get it. Youβre a company. You exist to generate revenue.
But do you understand that in order to do so, you must balance several factors? Namely your reputation, goodwill, user satisfaction, and most importantly, your usersβ desire to spend money?
Any company action - whether thatβs rolling out an update or responding to a crisis - should take the above factors into account. In the case of your recent glitch, your response was an EPIC FAILURE in EVERY SINGLE one of the above areas. Letβs break it down.
Thereβs no denying it. The glitch was bad. Very bad. (TL;DR: It allowed only a subset of users to exponentially improve their teams during a short period of time. Why only a subset? Well, if you hadnβt reached a certain level in an event yet, you couldnβt cash in. If you were asleep, you were out of luck.)
Well, Com2uS, how to respond?
I'm sure you quickly realized that as a result of YOUR glitch, your users would have drastically different experiences. Based on what I've read, I'd say we could roughly categorize them into the following buckets:

Other apps and games will be getting the love you was getting and trust me 7 days is enough for majority of customers to find another game and start dedicating time into it. Ever since the update, it has become literally unplayable since it takes years to do anything and you cant even farm since its so laggy the runs are terribly slow. I tried reinstaling and nothing. Should i contact support at this point, since nothing cam be done?
I purchased the Diamond pack using Milage points and it opened right away to a player but I wanted the pack for Club Craftingβ¦purchased diamond pack from Event Shop and it gave me the pack to open whenever I want. Why the difference? Should I contact them?

As someone who enjoys watching every swc from every region, I can almost NEVER catch them live. The world finals started at midnight, and went until 30 minutes before I woke up. I have a funeral to go to today. I wouldβve liked the ellia costume, and I will watch every single match last night, but when the schedule for the event is my literal sleeping hours, I cannot watch. Not to mention all the issues players have had in connecting accounts.
Please find another way to give out these types of rewards. No matter when you schedule it you will undoubtably inconvenience someone.

According to swarfarm, we have 51% chance of dropping a 4-6 spd will, farming all year and refilling every week (19k xtals; 41% without refill). It 0.012% drop chance per run.
Can we change something? Or add somthing new?

Itβs been a month now since I lost access to my account. They only send me one email a week with like 2 question on it. I awnser those wait a week then figure out what they will ask me next. At this point I get why people just stop playing.
