Ciego De Ávila Province Puns

In a tv program yesterday at night, president Miguel Diaz Canel and Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz, announced new measures for the cuban society about Covid19.

In the "new normality":

• Productive and service activity is restored.
• Epidemiological surveillance is strengthened.
• Acquisition of a new code of life.
• Mandatory use of a nasobuco in closed spaces, food production centers and other service companies.
• The entry of people with symptoms suggestive of Covid-19 or other respiratory diseases is prohibited.
• Incorporation of new forms of greeting and affection.

About the Economic and Social Strategy :

• We have had to introduce an undesirable and necessary use of the dollar on the economy.
• We have implemented a group of measures that will be explained soon.
• Of the currencies that circulate in the country, the national currency will prevail.
• There will be all the time necessary to convert the currencies based on the ones that will exist.

About Covid19:

• The part on the epidemiological situation will be held weekly (every Friday) and will last longer.
• The investigation will continue.
• The PCR test will be performed on people with acute respiratory infections and those who died from this cause.
• Contacts of confirmed and suspected cases will be entered in the addresses. Only in some cases will they go to isolation centers.
• Residents in Cuba who are stranded abroad and whose time of 24 months of stay expires, may request an extension at the Cuban consulates.
• The license suspension is maintained for self-employed businesses that are related to incidents related to the pandemic.
• Only people who will be traveling will be able to access the terminals and airports.

Indigenous transmission phase: Ciego de Ávila and Sancti Spíritus
Phase Three: Havana
New Normal: Pinar del Río, Artemisa, Mayabeque, Matanzas, Villa Clara, Cienfuegos, Camagüey, Las Tunas, Holguín, Granma, Guantánamo, Santiago de Cuba and the Isle of Youth.

Diaz Canel also denounced the mediatic and economic attacks from US government and his mercenaries.
