... keep reading on reddit β‘Is this illegal? I'm mostly interested in US legislation. If you have sourced I'd appreciate it. I couldn't really find anything.
Tony obviously didn't appreciate the comedy gold that he has been blessed with when he received Paulie's Christmas reports. Can you imagine how hilarious a typed letter from Paulie Walnuts would be? I mean, he's surely no Tennesee William with his 9th grade education, but he's got his street smarts. He sure impressed me with his understanding of bacteria and virus migration, and he seems to know his shit when it comes to snake reproduction.
Irregardless, I'd imagine that his letters would be a hell of a read. I'm guessing that Yuppie Tony stuck his nose up at Paulie's poor writing skills, with his semester and a half at Setan Hall. I'm sure that if you looked past the horrible grammer and spelling, you'd find them to be full of hilarious one-liners and life lessons that you couldn't even learn from watching TV.
Edit: Yeah, I ironically misspelled grammar while making fun of bad spelling. So what? I'm alive, I'm survivin.
Has anyone taken a moment to consider the massive amount of paper, ink and fuel that goes into producing these things? Then you ship them all over the world in fuel-guzzling planes and trucks for someone to put up for a month and then throw in the "recycling." And for what? To send them a picture of you and your family they didn't ask for? With the advent of electronic communication and social media, Christmas cards are irresponsible, irrelevant and egotistical.
