You know what I feel doesn't get enough credit? The fact that in the first season, Charles was completely in love with Rosa.
The writers managed to make Boyle a genuinely loveable character by making him one who respected Rosa's choices, healthily moved on and managed to have a wonderful friendship with her, without making him become entitled, bitchy or a straight-up nightmare.
Boyle isn't my favorite character, but he's still wonderful.
I love watching Charles and Rosa together. I think one of my favorite things is that Charles is meek and Rosa is scary, but Charles was never scared of Rosa. It's overall really cute and I'm glad they have each other.

In the first couple seasons Charles is madly in love with Rosa and tries to convince her to date him, then the whole thing suddenly gets dropped like it never happened and they just become friends. Was it something pre-planned or did writers suddenly change their mind about where they wanted to take these two characters?
anyone know how rosa fairs when he gets a short camp? i want to put my money down on rosa. i dont like tj his style is real clunky and risky he just rushes in and doesnt have a great nack for feeling his opponents range fought only twice in the ufc while rosa has fought over 10 times at this level and his got really good dog odds on him but less than 4 days in camp i dont know most of my bets are down the tubes anyway with half the card being pulled
Hi, does anyone remember when Terry, Rosa and Charles re-decorated the break room and were so proud of themselves that Charles suggested they should have their own TV home decorating show? He described their publicity photo being Charles sitting on Terry’s shoulders next to a ladder doing something, while Rosa stands by the ladder with a “what did I get myself into working with these guys” expression. And they all loved the idea, even Rosa, lol. So I’m just wonder, over the years, has anyone ever seen someone create a fan art of that poster? I’d love to see it.

If that were me, I'd be 're-offended' at Charles because it's as if Charles had another reason not to want Rosa there? I can't see where Rosa deals with that?
