Sharife finished with 28/8/7 on 5/12 from the field (0/2 from three) and a whopping 18/21 from the FT line. He's now at 80% from the FT line on the year on 11 attempts/gm (with one 5/10 off night against UK) which bodes well for his jumpshooting going forward. He's obviously not a knockdown shooter rn, but I dont think he'll be a deficient shooter in the league. As long as he can get guys to go over ball screens he'll be able to fully unlock his playmaking potential imo.

I'm bullish on this kid translating to the NBA really well regardless of the jumper because of his quickness off the bounce (no one in the NBA will be able to stay jn front of him), the wizardry of his handle and passing, and his ability to use his body and finish with versatility around the rim ambidextrously. The way he's able to so seamlessly transition from handling the ball to dishing at just the right moment, in such a way that keeps defenses off balance, is top tier manipulation and playmaking. Im fairly certain he'll be one of the league leaders in assists if he can play enough defense to keep himself on the court that long.

I have him ~13th on my board rn but if he starts knocking down the 3 ball at a respectable rate at some point, I wont hesitate to move him into my top 10 (would probably cap him at 8 or so realistically). He's one of the most skilled teenagers I've ever seen

I find it interesting that in this year's "historic" WR class no one is talking about WR to the Redskins, Lions, or Giants.

I know it's a deep year too, but even in 2004 when a record 7 WRs went in the first round we still had Calvin Johnson go 3rd overall (as well as Roy Williams and Reggie Williams at 7 and 9). In 2014, the deepest year ever, that saw 14 WRs go in the first 2 rounds and Sammy Watkins still went 4th overall.

So which is it? Is it a historic class with multiple elite WRs or just a deep class with many good WRs but no top end guys worth a top 6 pick? If these guys are supposed to be the next generation of studs, why does almost every mock have none of them in the top 10?
