When I was a kid I worked at my uncle’s cheese factory. They had these enormous wheels of cheese that they aged in a cave, and it was my job to chip off the the outer layer so that my aunt and cousins could then cut them down and package smaller blocks for sale.

I hated that job.

I guess you could say I broke the mold when they made me.
