A list of puns related to "Cap D'agde"
Anyone been there and how was it? Looking at two weeks in July/august. Any recommendations?
Hey everyone,
We went to Cap D'Agde in France for the first time last month and wanted to share a video we did about our experience and some of the behind the scenes from the location.
I wouldn't normally share this kind of thing in this sub however, there is very little video or information out there about Cap D'Agde and thought it might be helpful to some people.
YouTube Watch it here
It's a 17 minute video so a little long but has video taken from on site including the famous foam party (empty of course as it's YouTube friendly). I also share my top tips from attending, if that's of interest.
If you've been to Cap D'Agde I'd love to hear your thoughts, or if you have any questions please drop them below and I'll answer if I am able.
xx
Hi all, just have a quick question. I'm staying for sometime in Montpellier and last weekend I and my gf (35 and 29) visited resort in Agde. Now we want to stay at the resort and go to swingers party. It would be our first time to such place. I was wondering though if going at the end of September is a good idea and if it won't be full of retirees and quiet with nothing going on. The weather right now is going down, but is supposed to be nice 27 degC on the weekend. It's not cheap, so I don't know if I should go for it or wait out till next year. Any advice?
Cap is a nudist/lifestyle resort in the South of France.
The podcasts are very very good for several reasons. The review of the resort is precise, to the point. Get a map of the resort online and you can almost see the podcasters' journey. Their reaction to what they see is priceless. Even seasoned lifestylers can be surprised, shocked, overwhelmed by something that is outside their comfort zone.
But the biggest lesson learned from their podcast: some lifestyle spaces are for you, some are not. You have to figure out who you are, what you want, how you want to go about it, and that decides where you meet your tribe and/or how you meet your needs.
We recently attended a lifestyle takeover of Cap DβAgde in France
If youβve ever wondered what this place is like, itβs completely different to anything weβve experienced before. Weβve done large lifestyle events, Desire three times but this was new!
Weβre doing two podcast episodes and a YouTube about it. The first episode is out now which is our first impressions
The next episode will have information about cultural difference, who this location would be suited for and who we donβt think should attend
Hereβs my top tips for surviving cap

Has anyone been this year ? Just wanted to check on what was open, restaurants, clubs ect., and general activity levels.
Hi all, My gf and I are currently looking into different ways to explore our love of nudity and our keen interest in exploring the lifestyle. Of course, this won't start until after the pandemic now. We were researching different resorts that could be of interest to us once we can travel, as we both feel like exploring this lifestyle while on holiday would be the best way to start for us. We are in Western Europe so the first place that popped up in Google was Cap D'Agde in France. Just wondering if anyone here has any feedback/reviews on what it's like? Is it more a nudist resort? Is there areas where you can meet like minded people? Would love to hear advice from more experienced couples on the matter.
TL;DR, couple looking for advice/reviews of nudist/swinger holiday destinations in Europe.
Thank you.
Iβve heard about it before, I know itβs a French nudist resort. But Iβve also heard itβs an entire city where nudity is required?
Has anyone been there? What was your experience?
Iβve checked the rules but have been somewhat confused by some people talking about the town not allowing nudity.
So my main question is can you be nude anywhere in Cap dβAgde? Or is it limited to the beach and resort?
In 1963 the French government initiated a tourism development project that resulted in the creation of a naturist resort area. They did this by specifically authorizing public nudity in a section of the City of Agde on the Mediterranean Coast. Soon developers started constructing villas, apartment buildings, a marina, retails shops, and more. Cap dβAgde, as it was called, quickly became a naturist Mecca. You can get an idea of what it was like in this 1984 W5 documentary from the Canadian CTV Network:Β https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnIFq96aEAY
But by the 1990βs, there were starting to be problems. Some βadultβ nightclubs had opened; a lot of visitors never took their clothes off preferring instead to look; and sections of the dunes were reputed to be used for sexual encounters. The City of Agde was either unable or unwilling to regulate what was happening in the βnaturistβ area. As more adult and fetish establishments opened, more naturists stopped coming. The void left by them was filled with people looking for sexually-based entertainment. As you will see from these two very recent reviews, the metamorphosis seems almost complete.

Iβve read that in Cap dβAgde, the longest stretch of the beach belongs to family nudists while a relatively small section is designated for swingers and all other sexually oriented goers. They say it keeps everyone happy. Never been to Cap dβAgde myself, cannot confirm first hand, but if this is true, such approach could keep creeps away from family nudists. I do not think though that dividing nude beach between the life style folks and family nudist could ever happen in the US. Anyone who visited Cap dβAgde, will you share your experience?
We are heading to south of France in August for two weeks hoping to find a regular bull for Hotwife during out 2 weeks
We went to Cap dβAgde two summers ago and had a blast. Does anyone know of any places in Europe that are similar? We are looking for open nudity throughout the town and at the beach, open play areas at pools during the day and clubs at night, etc.
Is Maspalomas the closest thing? It doesnβt look like you can be nude wherever you want there. Any comparison between the two would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Good evening all,
MrBim here. I just wanted to express my thoughts on something I've been pondering about recently.
As I've said here before, I have a 'Nude Bucket List' which includes doing a WNBR, going to a few nude resorts, and of course visiting Cap D'agde in France. The latter of which is a thing I hope to do as a couple (part of what I look for in a girl is that she is ok with nudism, maybe not the full, 24/7 "nude is life" thing, but going to the nude beach every week and some resorts etc).
However, the nudism in Le Cap D'agde from what I've read (and seen online) seems to be a bit less of the 'wholesome nudism' and more into the uhhh... exotic spectrum. For example I've looked at the naturist village (people going to restaurants, shopping and the bank all in the buff is great) and some nude hotels, but there seem to be a lot of stuff geared toward sexual appeal like sex shops and from reviews I've read people having sex by hotel poolsides. Then there's the beach. I'm still a bit shocked about the fact that there is literally a beach in this world that people just straight up f*ck out in the open - and from what I've heard, invite strangers to join them. And I know this is true because I've seen videos of it (for research, of course :p )
While I can understand the appeal of this to many adults, and it draws in a lot of tourists, I feel like this kinda stuff is part of what gives what I call wholesome nudism (the kind most of you guys here engage in) a bad name and stigma. I still would one day like to go with my future GF/wife, for the nude experience, but I hope all the exotic stuff doesn't ruin it. How can we over here in the US advocate for the natural and desexualized state of being nude, when places like Cap D'agde are setting such a prime example of the polar opposite? It's because of stuff like that that a lot of Americans don't get that Nudity =/= Sex.
Now, I'm not trying to be a saint here, I understand the appeal of the Cap D'agde/swinger kind of nudism and I'd be lying if I said it doesn't look like exciting (who wouldn't want to have some fun with their spouse/a stranger on the beach?) but again, I just think stuff like that is what is setting back the world's view on simply being in our natural appearance. Sorry for the long post, have a goodnight all.
EDIT: Ok, so what I said seems to have caused some confusion, so just to clarify:
A) I did not mean to bash Cap D'agde, or say it's wrong or
