Alright, I think I'm going overboard with these polls that heavily involves Caitlin, so this will be my last one for that instance, for now.

Also, despite the subtext from the question, you can interpret them as "ships", if you want. They're not really that case for the topic of this post.

Basically, I'm finally ready to play DQV in its entirety, but a big difference now is that this time around I am currently fiance'd to a woman who bears a STRIKING resemblance to DQV's Bianca.

So what I want to do is change Bianca's name to Caitlin across the entirety of the game within the fan-translated iso of Dragon Quest V for the PS2. This would mean an incredible amount to me, but I am aware that this is no easy task as it would involve someone to do some level of reverse engineering on the fan translation patch itself.

Ideally, I would, for the commission price, expect some level of playtesting done on the mod itself, to ensure it has the same level of stability as the fan patch itself. I will be playing the game via PCSX2 for reference.

Again, this commission has great personal meaning to me, and I hope that someone is up to the task. Price is negotiable. Feel free to message me with any further questions or if you need me to direct you to the hacked iso or patch itself.

My name is Caitlin Snow. I have now become the main character, to the outside world I’m whatever doctor the plot requires. I have a split personality I think, but I still know everything she does and says. With the help of my friends who I attempted to murder sometime back in season 3 I help fight crime and hunt metahumans who are not like me because I was born this way. I am Killer Frost!

I was born in 1997 and my dad got my name, Caitlin, from a book. I really want to find it. Most likely a horror or sci-fi book, the weirder it is and the more likely he picked it up for 5p from a charity shop the better. I vaguely remember him mentioning a book called "Headhunters" (cover art a woman's blue decapitated head on a stick) but even with extensive searching I can't find any kind of character names. Not sure at all if this was the book in reference, but it's been annoying me ever since so would be nice to rule it out.

Yes it was definitely from a book, my dad showed it to my mum and she liked it enough to not give me the name she'd always wanted her daughter to have. At the time both of my parents thought it was a super unusual name neither of them had really heard before. Caitlin is the exact spelling and my dad didn't read GoT until early 2000s so that's a definite no.
